Thank you so much, to Fletcher Sewer and Drain! Gage and Tony helped with a serious pipe backup, and made all of our plumbing work again. Gage worked non-stop for most of the day, despite several difficulties that occurred along the way. And Tony came back the next day to finish a very challenging job, making sure that all of our bathrooms were up and running again. They were polite, hard-working, and professional throughout their time here. And even though it was a messy job, they were unstoppable in making sure the job was well-done. Fletcher’s deserves five stars for excellent service and amazing results.

I’ve used Fletcher 3 times. Today, Cody and his partner were absolutely amazing. I’m so thankful for him finding the problem that I thought was the sewer but it was a blockage within the duplex, clogging both sides. He was kind and patient with my tenant and I’m very thankful for his kindness. Great job Cody! I wouldn’t use any other company!

Love these guys!! Zach came today to unclog a tenants toilet! He showed them how to flush to alleviate future clogs, due to water pressure being not so strong. From the people answering the phone to the techs, they're the best!! Always happy with them. Thanks everyone

I called with an emergency situation this morning around 7:30 AM and the technician was here 45 minutes later. Had it all fixed professionally by 10:15 AM. Would highly recommend! Thank you Gage and Fletcher Sewer and Drain

I called at 8AM with a clogged drain line and they arrived at10. The technician, Zach, was both courteous and professional. It took about an hour to clear a very difficult line blockage. I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the charge was. I would recommend them to anyone.

Made the call about 1:30 pm and was told the tech would be here after dinner. Tyler called about 7:30 stating he would arrive in about 20 minutes and was here before 8 pm. Quite personable and got right to work. Was finished and out the door by 9pm. Answered any and all questiins very well done. Thanks to all involved with this call from Flercher's, well done .

Great service!!! Came out within 2 hours of finding my sewage ejector not working. Tony was very pleasant and explained to me what was happening. I can use my water in my house and am so grateful for Fletcher!

We called with a septic system emergency. While they were initially helpful and polite, they ultimately forgot about the job, and us, entirely; on Saturday night they promised they would be out the next (Sunday) morning, but neither called nor showed. When we called to ask what was going on they had no idea who we were, then blamed the situation on, 'a little mix up '. They did not apologize once, nor could they tell us when they actually would be back to fix the issue.

Perhaps Fletcher is fine for routine issues, but be wary if you have an emergency.

Water with sediment started spewing out of our first floor bathroom tub and toilet when we used the upstairs bathroom tub. It was also flooding in the basement. We called at 8 pm in the evening. They offered to send someone right away but we made an appt for the next afternoon. They sent out Bernard who was very friendly and knowledgable. I think he spent a total of 1 hour clinking around in the basement and the problem was fixed. He gave some recommendations on some fixes to make this spring. I was happily surprised that the cost of this visit was much more reasonable than I expected. We are very happy with this service and will be using again if and when we need it!

Fletcher has serviced several of my houses in Amherst for various reasons over the past few years and I have always had an incredible experience with their service. They are very quick to respond and incredibly fair. This is one of the most professional companies in the Amherst area to work with..

Anyone in need of a plumber would be crazy to not use Fletcher’s. They were professional from phone call to service. Tony came through diagnosed and fixed the issue in under an hour. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely use them again and will refer them to everyone.

Fletcher was highly recommended by a friend. I am so glad I chose Fletcher for my plumbing concern.From the initial phone call to the service performed they are top notch.My issue was not an emergency but they addressed it the same day and within a few hours of my phone call.The tech,Tyler, was wonderful! As a side note…I reached out to the BIG name company that installed my water heater last year and they were not able to make a visit to my house for 4 days after the request. We used Fletcher for the first time this past week, the experience was a 10 out of 10. Tyler was professional, prompt and extremely knowledgeable. When I first called the office regarding our problem I was advised they would call me 20 minutes before they arrived, which is exactly what they did.
