Reviews of local pros in Ludlow, Massachusetts

I cannot say enough GREAT things about John for his prompt response to my request for unclogging/snaking my kitchen drain. I have been dealing with this drain issue for a few months and previously had 2 other companies come with no success. From the very start, he made me feel confident that he would be able to help me AND at a reasonable cost. He was positive, upbeat and polite the whole time while working. Do yourselves a favor and hire John at Advanced Sewer and Drain for all of your plumbing problems-you won't regret it!!!!!
THANK YOU AGAIN JOHN-you made my day!!!!
.

I highly recommend John from Advanced Sewer and Drain. Our kitchen sink has been gurgling and not draining properly for a long time. Finally it clogged completely. We made an appointment with John. He came out promptly. He was friendly, professional, very reasonable and corrected the problem quickly. He also checked and cleaned all the drains. If I could I would give him more stars.

John is very professional and nice to work with. He fixed our clogged kitchen sink within 30 mins. He's a great guy and very knowledgeable about his area. He even wiped snow & dirt off his shoes before entering, and cleaned up the work area nicely. Will definitely recommend him to friends and neighbors with a high rating!

John did an amazing and efficient job. My main line was clogged and he came out quickly to resolve the issue. He was professional and explained what he was doing and showed me the camera screen. He cleaned the area up after he was done clearing the line. Was reasonable priced and well worth it. Would definitely refer him to a friend.

John came in after an expensive emergency plumbing bill to clear roots out of our sewer line. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. He was able to show me where the issue was, resolve it in less than a couple hours, and charged reasonable rates. I will be calling Advanced Sewer for all my future sewer needs. Thank you John!

John finished his work at our house today. He is an expert at trouble shooting both drainage and other plumbing issues. His services included unclogging an outdoor septic pipe, replacing interior leaking pipes and replacing a toilet seal. He was courteous, professional and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend him.

With an old house, we’ve dealt with our fair share of plumbers and drain service companies. I can honestly say that Advanced Sewer & Drain has been the best, by far! John was prompt, friendly and honest. He took care of our drain issue efficiently and his price was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

I can't say enough about how much I appreciate John from Advance Sewer and Drain for the prompt service, honesty, and reasonable pricing. John's a good guy, worthy of a five star review, and any future business I can pass his way.

We came home last night to our laundry sink backed up with sewage. After researching some reviews I called John first thing this morning and he was here before noon and our clog was cleared in no time. We are extremely pleased with his professionalism, promptness and fair pricing. If we have any issues like this in the future we will definitely call him again. Highly recommended.

Very thankful for their service. Will reach out to them again in the future for my plumbing needs.

Called to schedule an appointment for plumbing work... owner forgot to call back... then I called again and was told he is to busy with retiring, selling business and other things to bother to call back. They said it would be better to call someone else👎

So surprising to have a company respond the same day and complete the work. Joe was friendly and polite, did what was asked in a timely fashion.

Very quick response came same day 40 minutes after I finished talking to the tech I forgot his name but very professional and didn't give up wound recommend to anyone

A company that does quality work and is responsive. During their visit, Biermann installed secondary main shutoff valve, garbage disposal, and other tasks.

We needed plumbing services for kitchen island redo

The service was well done and timely. I would recommend Bierman for all plumbing and HVAC issues.

Had a leaky water heater Wednesday 20th the same day Biermann plumbing & Heating came out and replaced it. Great price and the technicians were fantastic. Would recommend this business to anyone

This company has done 2 jobs at my house so far and both jobs were done perfect. I will only use them going forward for any plumbing needs. They are very responsive and do great work. I am definitely a very happy customer

David of Bierman Plumbing saved the day by restoring heat in my home. He quickly ordered parts for my Navien boiler and even offered to come on his day off to install them! The house is warm again and I’m grateful to him and Bierman.
