Bill came to my house for maintenance check on my furnace and water heater. It was my first time ever having a maintenance check and he educated me on things I can do to prolong the life of my appliances. He is very nice and I will definitely be having yearly checks with the company.

Today Tim came to my home to fix a plumbing issue in my en suite bathroom. He arrived on time, was cordial and engaging, clean and concise. In times when it is so difficult to find dependable and skilled home maintenance providers, Tim is a rare find. Thank you, Tim. You are appreciate.

Biermann did a great job when I had my new bathroom put in. They showed up when they said they would and made sure the job was done to my specifications. They guys they sent over were polite and professional. Would definitely recommend.

David showed up on time and reviewed my issue with what a thought was a leaking pipe. Turns out just condensation. Then had him replace old water turn off valve with new easy to operate. Took him all of 20 minutes. Have used Biermann twice for different issues. Prices are reasonable an turnaround time is amazing. Good company.

Ordered a smart toilet, and found that the water lines and flange didn't line up properly. Called a few local plumbers, but not only was Biermann the first to answer immediately (others went to voicemail), they were able to send someone out within a couple days. The individual that came (Kyle) was awesome. He was polite, thoroughly explained everything he encountered, and was available for questions as well as to provide tips. Kyle even called the toilet manufacture because he found an issue during installation, and helped facilitate a replacement. The manufacture ended up sending a replacement and parts for the original toilet, so it was a no-brainer to have Biermann come back and do the second one as well when we found the water line again needed to move a bit. They again sent Kyle over within days, and he was familiar with everything so jumped right in. Really fantastic service, and will very much save Biermann into my contacts for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommended.

Bill was thorough, quick, respectful and helpful in explaining possible issues, making a quick diagnosis and being mindful of time, weather issues and cost. Highly recommend

So glad I called Fletcher! Had a blockage in our main line and the technician was able to get it cleared out quickly even with having a couple hiccups in the process due to the age of the line. Truly 10/10, I would absolutely call them again!

Very satisfied with this company. Gage was very proficient and did a great job. He freed my main drain which was clogged and got 2 sinks that were very slow draining to work fine. Their fees were very fair.

DJ from Fletcher was great. He came out the same day I called and took care of my problem. He was very knowledgeable and a nice guy.The price was very reasonable. I will only call Fletcher.

I had an emergency at my home after hours, I called the service line and was greeted by a wonderfully pleasant lady. She answered my questions, was able to assure me that the problem would be handled and let me know a service technician would call me back soon. And she was on point. I was called back shortly. Patrick was fantastic, professional, made me feel at ease about the situation. He was able to get here within an hour or so no less! Fixed the problem. Let me know of an additional problem that will need to be addressed within the year. And even as after hours pricing it was very reasonable. I will be sticking with them, they really impressed me.

These guys are awesome! Had an off-hours issue with my sewer line being clogged. Gave Fletcher a call on a Sunday night and they offered to come out immediately to fix the problem but I decided to go with Monday since we had a working bathroom downstairs. They gave me a time and Danie came out exactly the time that was given to me. I cannot emphasize how professional and friendly he was! He explained to me (with video) what was going on and within ½ hour he fixed the problem (and cleaned up thoroughly). I recommend these guys with COMPLETE confidence and would, without hesitation, call on them again to do any of my plumbing tasks. Thank-you again!

Awesome experience. I called on a Sunday, hoping I could find someone to come fix my drain problem. After that, things went pretty fast. The plumber, Tony, called and was here in very short order. After he assessed the situation, he had it fixed.

I am fortunate to have found Fletcher Sewer & Drain, especially on a Friday. They were friendly, communicated well, and were quick to respond. Now my sewer drain is tree root-free! I just wanted to take a minute to say how happy I was with Fletcher's service. I am a new homeowner so when I saw water coming up through an out of service basement toilet and sink after doing laundry I panicked. My father was familiar with Fletcher and their service so they were the first we thought to call after hours on a Tuesday. They were willing to come out that evening at 9pm but arrangements were made for someone to check it out first thing in the morning instead. Steve arrived exactly when he said he would. Turns out there were tree roots messing everything up. He took care of those, suggested a maintenance call to check on regrowth in 18 months and was on his way in a little over an hour. This company made my first issue as a homeowner as easy as possible and I can not recommend them enough. Thanks Again!

Absolutely recommend! We had Justin come out from Fletcher for a septic clog the same day we called. He was fantastic in explaining and showing us the issue and our options. It was invaluable to a first time homeowner and made something quite unpleasant a much better experience!

Great experience with this company. Called and they responded back very quickly. Two plumbers sent out did a great job. Prior to calling Fletcher, another company l called wanted to charge me more just to make a house visit and give a quote. It didn’t even include the repair charge! The price from Fletcher was more than reasonable. I’m very satisfied with their prompt service and will definitely use them again.

Highly recommend! We had a septic backup (so gross) the night before we were going to head out for vacation. Our regular septic company couldn’t come and said it sounded like a clog. We lucked out calling Fletcher - they were so professional and positive and were able to come out right away. The technician was amazing - so knowledgeable, efficient and prepared. He scoped and diagnosed the issue, cleared the clog, tested it, then made plan for clearing out the septic. Saved our vacation and my sanity. So grateful.

We had the town sewer line back up into and clog our home's main line. Tony was very professional, responsive and knowledgeable.
