I had been a homeowner on autopay/autofill for about 12 years with this company. I had a card on file expire and had a balance of roughly $350 due to this. It took me a few months to figure out my card was bad. I called up once I realized, gave my new card and said yes, take out the balance I owe immediately and apologized. I then receive a text two hours later; they will no longer service me due to this one incident. I now cannot recommend them to anyone at all based on my experience.

These guy were great . Water tank let go late one night and within 16 house I had a new tank installed ,,, very professional and clean . Luis Vitorino is the man , can call him anytime and he gets right back to you

In late December my heat stopped working, and I originally called a different company who said my whole furnace was 14 years old and needed to be replaced immediately and I could not use my heat. I called Alves for a second opinion, and they let me know that my furnace was both still under warranty and just fine. Everyone I spoke to was polite, and the company went above and beyond to help me understand my system and my options. From now on, I will just be going to Alves!

Scott has been very prompt in responding to our requests for service. He has fixed outside lights, pool electric box and basement circuit breakers. He is very professional and fair priced.

Never came back to finish job after being paid for it. Also wired a heater in bathroom to thermostat in the kitchen. (In an apartment building we own)Just figured out that the heater has been running non stop for over a year now since being installed.

Very professional and prompt service. He did just what I wanted and will be doing more.
