Constraction reviews in Lynn, Massachusetts

Benny and his crew did an excellent job on the roof. Everything looks great, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. He’s done multiple jobs for me over time, and I’ve never had an issue. His team is fast, efficient, and trustworthy, and Benny is always responsive and easy to deal with. I would absolutely recommend him.

Although they have not yet completed the work I need, they were extremely responsive. I have been calling around as I need to have my fence repaired and most companies have not even returned my call. B&D returned my call immediately and were out here the same day to provide a quote. So far they have been amazing and I will update once the job is done.

Update: The fence is fixed and they did a great job. They were fast efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I now have them coming back to fix a bunch of rotting boards on the pool deck. Would certainly recommend to anyone who needs to have some work done!

Highly recommend! Benicio and his brother are amazing. I was dealing with water dripping into the house from ice dams, and Benicio came right out to give me a quote. Not only was the price fair, but they finished the job within the hour.

Benicio (one of the owners) personally handled my estimate. They are efficient, respectful, and genuinely kind people. I’d give them 10 stars if the app let me! I’m already planning to hire them for a few summer projects. Thanks again for the incredible help and the quick response.

Benicio and his team got the job done in a timely manner and cleaned up work area well. He took his time explaining in detail what he was going to do and gave me a reasonable price. I am going to have him clean my gutters going forward and hope to give him more business. I highly recommend him to everyone - look no further I am very pleased

I had built a shed and needed someone to roof it for me. Benicio and his team did a fantastic job. I found the price to be very reasonable, he was onsite on time as promised and he and his team did a great job with the roof. I was considering doing the siding myself but they did such a good job with the roof and cupola installation that I decided to have them do it as well. As before, they were onsite on the day/time as promised and did a great job!

I would highly recommend Benicio and his team and will definitely be working with them again!

What stood out most about CAC Dryer vent & Air Duct Cleaning Services was their attention to detail. I called about a mold issue in my dryer vent, and Eric responded quickly. He walked me through their mold cleaning method and ensured I understood why professional mold removal and mold remediation services are so important. The work was done carefully and thoroughly. They treated my home with care and answered all my questions patiently. The difference afterward was noticeable. I’m very satisfied with the service and would gladly recommend this company to neighbors and family.

The dryer vent cleaning service was very professional and effective. The technician arrived on time, inspected the system, and immediately identified heavy lint buildup. They cleaned everything thoroughly, and my dryer started working much more efficiently afterward. Drying times were noticeably shorter, and the machine ran smoother. I also appreciated how respectful and careful they were inside my home. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend their service to anyone needing vent maintenance.
