Constraction reviews in Lynn, Massachusetts

dependable and effective! My house was significantly cleaner after the careful cleaning of the dryer vent and air ducts. The roofing contractor performed an excellent job, and the chimney sweep and repair were done expertly. The wood stove and gas fireplace were both immaculately cleaned. The masonry contractor's attention to detail was admirable, and their mold removal service was very successful. My house looked better thanks to their painting services and great pest control. I definitely recommend CAC Dryer vent & Air Duct Cleaning Services Lynn, MA!

After CAC Dryer vent & Air Duct Cleaning Services cleaned our air ducts, I was astounded by the results. The team used cutting-edge equipment and demonstrated to me how much dust and debris had been hiding in the system. Our home feels cleaner and allergy symptoms have significantly improved since the cleaning. The technicians were courteous, professional, and extremely thorough; they valued our house, wore protective gear, and took care to leave no mess behind. The cost was affordable, especially considering the high caliber of the work, and I feel so much better knowing that our family is breathing cleaner air.

We just had a small bathroom gut renovated in our home. CAC Mata came in for the demo and everything else (except for plumbing and electric) and did a wonderful job. I love my new bathroom! From the new wood they put into the frame, and the great job they did with the new walls; to ensuring the shower was done like I wanted and listening to my wishes while also adding a beautiful detail I hadn’t thought about. The paint work, additional carpentry that was needed and installing the accessories, everything was top notch. They cleaned up well and took all the debris and trash quickly. Carlos was a joy to work with, easy to reach throughout the process and always kind and patient with any questions and requests. I would highly recommend working with CAC Mata for your home remodeling/construction needs!

This company did an exceptional job handling the mold in my dryer vent. I was concerned about potential health risks, so I contacted them for mold cleaning and mold remediation services. They responded quickly and performed a detailed inspection. In the middle of the service visit, Robert carefully explained the remediation steps and reassured me that everything would be fully sanitized. Their mold removal process was thorough, and they used professional-grade equipment to eliminate the contamination. The dryer vent system now feels clean and safe. I truly appreciate their attention to detail and commitment to quality. I would confidently recommend this company for dryer vent mold cleaning services.

Iron hardscaping & masonry

Manolo and his crew built a retaining wall and leveled our condensers with speed and attention to detail. And during the estimation and pricing stage, Manolo worked with us discuss options that would work within our budget, be reasonably attractive, and be simple to maintain. He is very straightforward and responsive! Yes, he speaks Spanish and so do the people that work for him. But I think that's a lovely testament to the opportunity he provides to people who are working hard to make a living 👍

Good communication and right on time. Love the new patio

Great company to do patios very professional

Very professional staff, shows up on time. Work completed on time. Friendly staff.

Manolo and his crew do amazing work!! They are reasonable, professional and their work speaks for itself!! I would highly recommend them. Kate

Manolo and his team came in and rebuilt a massive retaining wall in my backyard after another contractor abandoned the job half way through. He was professional, on time and on budget and overall a pleasure to work with!

I had Manolo and his team build stairs , stucco and fix my foundation inside and outside as well as put windows in. They did an excellent job on my property and I would recommend then to anyone.

I have to say Iron Hardscapes out did themselves. Both in price and quality. I'm so happy with their work. I hope they posted pictures because it's beautiful. I love my new patio and now I can enjoy my yard. Thank you!!!!!!!!

Manolo and his team are hardworking and very knowledgeable. They did an exceptional job building a beautiful patio and leveling off my backyard.

Iron Hardscapes is a great company. They do a WONDERFUL job landscaping my yard and maintaining the bushes, as well as spring and winter clean up too. I highly recommend them. They are worth it.

Outstanding!! Manolo did exactly as we discussed. They did additional masonry work at no extra cost. All work looks professional, and they cleaned up the area at the end of each day. I highly recommend these folks.

Hired them to do my fall clean up they did ok. Then agreed to have them do my spring cleanup (plus hired for every other week) after discussing my needs and expectations in detail. Made a mistake to give them my trust again after mediocre clean up. Not to mention Manolo is just so rude. Unfortunately Paid for landscaping, cleanup, mulch, tree work etc... came late (Manolo’s cousin) and stayed for about 1/2 hour and brought his entire family said he would come back to finish never did - but took check i left for them. Took 3 weeks to come back and did about 1/2 hour of work - never finished mulch or work or grass/landscaping. My yard has never looked as bad as it does now. Took my money - never answered text or calls -never showed back up to finish. Don’t hire these people- you’ll regret it.

Manolo did an awesome job planting beach roses in front of my home directly on the beach …. Not an easy task with so much sand
And my roses are just beautiful !
Called to tell me when he was coming - great communication !

Will definitely have him do spring and fall cleanups
Satisfied all around

Iron was great! We used them on our pool patio which looks amazing! Since they did such a good job we again had them to our pool landscaping and then to build a wall while grading our land. The whole team are such hard workers and always on the job on time. Fair pricing and negotiations as well. You cannot beat these guys and it’s hard to find good work these days.

They took on a very difficult job (pruning an overgrown jungle of bushes, multiple scope changes during the engagement) and did a great job with everything. Would use again.

they put turf in my backyard and it looks horrible. The seems are very obvious and they used more pieces than they needed to. He used landfill under the turf and it smells when it rains. I asked him to come back to fix it and he made it worse. I would never recommend him for any work because his idea of quality is subpar.
