Not happy. I got a bill for $670 that refers to a "condensate pump," which I have no idea what it is. The only thing they did do was replace two thermostats. They were supposed to also replace a water filter, but the previous Milne employee had overtightened the filter casing and they couldn't get it off. Then they recommended adding a new type of filter to the incoming water, and I receive two estimates. When I called your office to get clarification about the estimates, the office person told me the plumber would call me back. He never did.

And why was it necessary to send two plumbers in the first place? I will call the office on Monday to hopefully get this all straightened out. Jim Behnke
