I had been referred to Milne Plumbing by my realtor. Then I had a compounded emergency of heating system flooding and a sheared off laundry room pipe around noon, the Friday before Christmas. They called back after the answering service reached them- and arrived within 20 minutes of calling back. Chris and Jim worked in parallel to resolve both problems in less than an hour, and had everything buttoned up before 3:00PM. Chris said they were planning to stop work at 1:00PM, but decided to take care of me before starting their Holiday weekend. I am grateful they did! They had all needed tools, including a high tech Rigid fitting crimper, and also educated me on my heating system.

In this difficult time it is really nice to see the responsiveness of Scott Milne. My water heater went and I needed a brand new system. Called early in the morning and he called his crew and they were here ready for work. I can't thank him and his crew enough for being there when needed.

I had Scott come by to take a look at my heating system and quote me on the cost of switching from oil to gas. I didn't end up hiring Scott (as I decided to stay with oil) but he was fantastic in responding to my never ending emails about gas heating systems. Very nice, professional, no BS guy. I won't hesitate to call Milne for any of my plumbing needs

Shopping local proves to be an excellent idea! We recently had a water problem in our kitchen and Scott responded quickly and professionally. Not only was he helpful in terms of solving the problem but also calming my frayed nerves! The team at Milne Plumbing understands great customer service! What a team!
