Amazing cleaning! I bought a chair on Marketplace that had more stains than advertised. I found this company, and they made my chair look brand new. I also had them clean two baby car capsules, and luckily, they had time to include the interior seats of our car as well. We have already recommended them to a few friends and family members who need a good cleaning.

Great service provided by the cleaner. He really helped me out by adjusting my booking after I had an accident. The carpets looked brand new after just one clean, couldn’t ask for more. Great value and professional work.

The technician was a delight to work with super responsive via reviews and text. We both work from home, so he was very accommodating of our schedules. He left his fans to help dry faster and picked them up the next day, which sped up the process and made things much easier with our dog. Highly recommend.

Wow. What a difference steam cleaning can make. White sofa about six years old, kids, food, friends, candle wick soot. This couch looks brand new. It is gleaming. Totally worth the money, and it was a totally reasonable rate. Friendly people. Clean and neat job while in the house. They cleaned two sofas for us. Both smell amazing, not too chemical like. Pleasant clean smell. Just call them. No regrets here.

These guys were great. We have two small dogs who have accidents from time to time and spot cleaning ourselves was not getting the job done. We had our sofa and area rug cleaned and are really happy with the results. Also, they arrived early and I was out doing errands and I offered to end my errands early and head back to the apartment, but they insisted I finish my errands first. Very nice. To sum up, excellent customer service, professional work and very reasonably priced.

The technician was great. From start to finish it could not have been better. I got a quick response when asking for a quote to clean my couch, he confirmed the date and time prior to our appointment date and showed up on time. Both the technician and his helper were friendly and I was super comfortable having them in my home. Found this company here on google. They were super responsive answered all my questions and had the best pricing. Our technician was actually running ahead of schedule when does that ever happen right so he arrived an hour and a half early and was in and out in just over 2 hours. I should note he did text me before he showed up to make sure an early arrival was okay with us he didn't just show up. Anywho i couldn't be happier with the service. Our house smelled like shampoo for a few hours and our carpet and area rug are fresh and clean. Our tech was super friendly informative nice to my toddler and even checked the label on our rug before he started cleaning it which was nice to see since it wasn't a cheap rug. Overall i am very happy and will absolutely use them again and will them recommend to everyone.

Would highly recommend this company. They had a longer wait time for an appointment compared to other places I contacted but I am so glad we waited and went with this business. The technician is such a nice, genuine person and made the whole process so easy for us. He is quick to respond to any messages, his charges are very reasonable and he charged us exactly what he estimated based on my description of our carpets. He did a great job leaving our carpets and rug so clean. We have a dog at home so they were definitely pretty messy and in need for a good clean. I am 8 months pregnant and the technician offered to bring us home cooked food once the baby is here which was so nice of him. He also left a blower at our place to help speed up drying time so we could access our bedroom sooner.

I had this company come in and do a cleaning after my house had been in construction. I remodeled my home completely now to make it perfect i needed a great cleaning crew so i called this company and they sent me the lucie group. I can't tell you how perfect my house is how much i love it how the people that were working here was so happy and it made it a pleasure to having them. I'm very very picky this is the first time i have had a cleaning crew clean even more i forgot to ask. I will use them again and again just to clean it once a month. I did interview other cleaning companies that i was not pleased with but this group is unbelievable. You call and the owner makes the appointment is also a wonderful person so it's the company you just wanna deal with perfection niceness you just don't find things like that now days. I highly recommend this company. I needed a carpet and furniture cleaning quickly for my office. I called late in the day on Thursday and was able to schedule a next day appointment for an assessment and quote. The next morning as scheduled, the owner was there. I needed the carpet and furniture cleaned the next day and he was able to accommodate my tight timeline. The next day, the owner showed up on time and immediately commenced the work. He did a fantastic job. The carpet and furniture look new. I am so glad that I finally found a reputable company to work with. I highly recommend this company.

Experience was far better than i was even hoping. The owner treats each type of carpeting differently to optimize the cleaning process for each room very detail oriented and takes extra care to protect the legs and feet of the furniture when put back on the damp carpet. Was very friendly when it came to moving furniture he was happy to move any furniture i asked for and even didn't mind me helping and micromanaging. I will definitely be calling him again next year.

I left a huge stain on my couch. Pretty much smeared chocolate all over. I bought the couch with zero knowledge of upholstery cleaning and tried the manufacturer's website for help. Their instructions applied to spot cleaning only, and when I tried it, the method did not work. Then I noticed that they recommended a professional clean yearly and immediately looked for options. This company was rated five stars and everyone loved their work. The owner and I communicated Sunday. He was quick to respond and scheduled me a few days later. The cleaner that came showed up on time with one load of gear. He spent quite a while cleaning the cushions and frame. It had to dry overnight but the couch looks amazing. We have had it for a couple of years, and it really looks newer than it has for a while now. I did not shop around or look for someone who could come sooner, and I did not tell the owner I had stained my couch. Just asked for a cleaning. I think the price I paid was absolutely reasonable for the amount of work done and the results achieved, and I expect to use them again anytime I need this kind of service.
