Was watching a movie called Manchester by the sea and I saw a scene with your company's van outside a costumers home where Lee was fixing a water heater just wanted to say I appreciate you guys letting them use your company in the movie it's really cool to see that than using a fake name.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Have been using their services for 15 years.

Neither of the problems could they fix and I have to find replacement faucets - disappointing.

I recently used Milne Plumbing & Heating. I own a house that was built in 1999, and the toilets were dated to then or prior. The Co-Owner came out to provide a quote for all three toilets to be replaced. One toilet actually split and had to be replaced, and another always ran and the water needed to be turned off. I received the quote and approved it over the phone. All three toilets were removed, and replaced within hours of the approval. The service was spectacular, as they were easy to work with, and very polite. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have any work done!

Furnace went down on one of the coldest days of the year. Andrew came out quickly in the morning and diagnosed the problem. Many thanks!

I’ve used them for several different issues in my house. They’re always top-notch, professional, and communicative. Highly recommend!

They came quickly and expertly assessed the issue. A couple of weeks later they came back to fix the issue. (It was a bug, all day job!) Andrew and DJ were calm and skilled.

Had a leak in a heating pipe, they came over immediately to assess the problem. Repair was done that morning. They have always provided great service and workmanship.

He did a great job with the install. Unfortunately I was told he would arrive between 9-11, and I had to cancel 2 appointments I had so I could be here. He didn’t arrive until after 1. Please try to fix this problem. Thx!

Being close-by neighbors we continue to be impressed with the overall operational quality of Milne Plumbing & Heating amidst a residential neighborhood, from the friendly, accommodating nature of staff for an occasional request e.g moving our vehicle onsite for a limited tine, having service contractors operate from the Milne property, to their having a sincere interest in maintaining our shared environment.

Milne's team, lead by Ben Durrell,  recently completed ( 10/ 6 /25) installation of new heating system in our mid-century home, located on the former grounds of the iconic Walker Estate in Manchester by-the- Sea.  It's a rare occasion to be fortunate to have complex, precision services provided by a singular master plumber with a skill-set, and honed intuitive ability that meets the standard of "a natural"... a person who possesses an incomparable talent for their craft ...that clearly defines Ben.

From his notable approach to developing a plan to layout and execute the installation, only needing to record information for incremental parts, the components of the installation and application through his mindful observations were integrated into his thinking by simply observing the original setup relying on his experience, skill set, and intuitive sense to create a plan to build and install the new system.  Being detail oriented combined with his care - the elevated standards he has set for himself- has given us a memorable experience with deep appreciation, capped off by his tutorial for  us, what we need to know going forward to complement all that Ben has created for us.  Thank you Ben!
