My LG mini-split wouldn't blow hot air for almost 2 months. Before finding Shaner, I actually had three different HVAC companies take a look. each one was here for maybe 10 minutes, barely looked at anything, and just said, "Yep, probably a leak somewhere, it'll be expensive to fix." Super frustrating and obviously didn't solve my problem.

A coworker told me about Shaner, saying they did great work for them, so I gave them a call. Shaner and his crew came out, did their initial checks, and right off the bat told me there wasn't any leak. Huge difference already!

About 15 minutes after they first left, the unit started blowing cold air again. I called Shaner back immediately and they came right back. This time, they didn't just do a quick look; they really dove deep, did a proper analysis of the condenser unit, and actually got to the bottom of what was really wrong.

After fixing it, they didn't just pack up and leave. They actually stuck around for a bit longer just to make completely sure everything was running properly and the heat was staying on like it's supposed to.

After the runaround from the other companies, it was such a relief to have someone be thorough, figure out the real issue, and actually fix it. Totally recommend Shaner and his crew!
