My water heater gave out at 6:00 AM and I called Quarry Hills shortly there after about 7:00 AM. I had a replacement and the job was luckily complete by 10:00 AM same day even though I was not a prior customer. Amazing communication and great on-site service. I’m definitely a customer now and will be calling back for more services in the future.

Noah was great! He arrived for no heat at my home. He quickly diagnose the problem and did a great job.

My furnace broke down last night on one of the coldest days of the Year. I woke up at 4:00 am to a cold house with winds blowing outside 30+ MPH. I called Quarry Hills at 4:30 am. They had someone out to my house by 8:15 am. My heat was back on by 9:30 am. Thank you Quarry Hills plumbing for your outstanding service. You saved me today!

This is the second time we have used Quarry Hills and they have been outstanding both times. From start to finish they are a pleasure to deal with. They are responsive, professional, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience with Andrew Foley who came to service my air conditioning unit. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and clearly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was doing, walked me through the issue in simple terms, and offered practical repair options. He didn’t just fix the problem; he did an inspection to ensure everything else was running efficiently and provided a few maintenance tips to help keep the system running smoothly. The work was done quickly and cleanly.. By the time Andrew left, my home was cool again, and I felt confident knowing the system was in great shape.

Seth from Quarry Hills was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable about his job. He was detailed and answered all my questions. I had been using a different company the past few years for my heating and ac maintenance and got to the point of no longer trusting them. A family member recommended Quarry Hills Plumbing and HVAC in Mansfield and I could not be happier with this decision. They are truly a Trusted Company and I will continue using them for my HVAC and Plumbing. I have a yearly contract that covers my heating and ac yearly maintenance.

Seth did a great job, he explained what he was going to do, and seems very knowledgeable. The ease of scheduling the boiler service was great. I’ve been using Quarry Hills since I moved in my house 3 years ago, and have had nothing but great experiences.

Aaron and Noah of Corey Hills today fixed my oil burner that needed a couple things fixed. They were both very nice and highly professional and did a fabulous job. Highly recommend.

This company has been great! The men who came were both professional and helpful. They gave us an arrival time between 12:00-2:00 and were even early and came at 11:30! I would definitely use them again!

Nathan, the tech, showed up to clean out my oil burner and really took the time to make sure everything looked good. When he was finished, he explained everything to me, which was really nice. I understand now why it should be cleaned out every year, thanks to Nathan. The company also has excellent membership plans, which Nathan also took the time to explain everything to me about each plan. This is definitely a company I trust, as a new member.

Quarry Hills came out on a Sunday within an hour of calling for no hot water. The tech explained and answered our questions regarding our 20 year old tankless system. They were able to replace our tankless water heater the very next day. Amazing difference the new heater!! Quarry Hills Plumbing put my system years ago but I had not needed service in a long time. My AC started shutting down unexpectedly on a Friday before the hottest weekend of the year. I called in the morning and Quarry Hills was able to send Tim out same day and he got my AC up and running shortly after, and gave me some tips to prevent pollen and debris from causing future issues. I am so grateful for such prompt and effective service and will be buying a maintenance plan going forward. Thank you Quarry Hills!

Amazing service I called with no heat and within the day quarry hills sent seth out - not only did the educate us on our heating appliance but ran through importance of maintenance, potential issues to look out for. We just moved into this house and a heat pump is new to us so we’re very grateful for his help and guidance on this!

had leaky valve replaced quick service a little pricey only thing was technician took one of my 5 gallon buckets fill with water [unknown to me] but i had to climb stairs and empty myself plus when did company's stop giving itemized bills? [valve next to switch replaced]

First off, I’d like to say how glad I am to find a company where a real person answers the phone no matter the time of day. We recently ran into some issues with our tankless heating system. After explaining my options, we decided to get a new unit. I’m glad we did. For the first time since we moved into our home, every room is the same temperature and there are no sounds coming from the radiators. The staff was friendly, straightforward and respected my home while they completed a very large project. A good company is worth the investment, and this company has set our home up for heating success for years to come.

Quarry Hills was the first of 3 reputable companies that was able to fix my Fujitsu mini-split. Others claimed that they could but no one did. Residential mini-splits aren't that wide-spread yet so there's very little expertise out there for them. These guys know their stuff. Their price was very reasonable too. My electrician son looked at their quote carefully and said that it really was a fair price.

Our service tech, Andrew was fantastic. He did a great job servicing our oil burner and he also took the time to advise me on options for replacing our 30 year old furnace and oil tank. The process of scheduling service and the follow-up on the quote process was great.

Just had new Goodman HVAC system installed and couldn’t be happier with the installation and equipment; the lead tech doing the install was fantastic. Very friendly and patient with my inquiries..went above and beyond my greatest expectations..was very apprehensive beforehand knowing it was a different system from the existing one and couldn’t believe how smooth the replacement went.
Couldn’t recommend them any more highly.
