Updated review: The 1st review confirmed that I was happy with the technician’s knowledge , expertise, and service but disappointed that the entire cost was not covered by my service plan. Not long after, Quarry Hills reached out, confirmed that there had been a billing error, and volunteered a refund . I was impressed and pleased with its response.

I could not be more pleased with my choice in going with Quarry Hills Plumbing & HVAC to upgrade my central ac unit. When I first called, they were professional and courteous from the get-go, conveniently setting up a time to drop by for an estimate for a new condenser and evaporator. John took a look in and outside my condo unit and walked me through my options and possible scenarios. He answered all my questions clearly and sent a very reasonable price quote the following day. Shortly thereafter, Jason and Melvin came by and installed the new system, all in one day. They did an impeccable job with both the installation and clean up! They too were extremely helpful in answering all my questions. I'm very happy to have increased the value of my condo unit and now my ac cranks thanks to the top notch service from Quarry Hills Plumbing & HVAC!

I have needed to call Quarry Hills for 2 separate situations and both times they have been phenomenal. They are knowledgeable and will not try to convince you to pay more to replace things that don't replaced. They are honest and that is all you can ask for when relying on someone to help you. Highly recommend them for HVAC and Plumbing needs. I can see why they are so highly rated.

I loved that when you call Quarry Hills you get a live person. Sam was great about communicating & coordinating all the appointments. Jake & Will were very professional & did a great job. They were very helpful answering all my questions. They did a great job cleaning everything up too!

I called last Saturday afternoon because I had no heat in my house. Mind you, I am not even a customer yet. I received a call back and a tech was at my house Saturday evening. Unfortunately, the tech needed a part that wasn't in stock. The part was picked up and the furnace was repaired on Monday morning. During this whole process, I was being called and texted by the service team. Couldn't be happier. Thank you Quarry Hills...service matters!

Our main floor a/c unit went down, right when you want a/c the most! Quarry Hills was out within a day and our Tech Andrew had it up and running in no time. He also added a part that should help prevent some future issues as a precaution. The Quarry Hills gang has their customer's best interest at heart, that's for sure! Thank You!

My tenant called me and said they had a leaky tub shower valve. I called Quarry Hills and they came out the very next day and repaired the valve very quickly. I will definitely call them again for my next job.

Too cold downstairs and too hot upstairs. Andrew recommended a baffle/damper installation to fix the problem to start, and perhaps reworking the ductwork in the future if necessary. Baffle was installed, instantly felt temperature difference on both floors. Couldn't be more pleased!

My heat went out last night and Quarry was out the very next morning. Andrew was on top of it and fixed it immediately for me. Awesome service and will definitely use them again!

Quarry Hills Plumbing and HVAC is a fantastic company specializing in customer service and satisfaction. I called last week for a second opinion on a mini split system that was recently installed by another provider. Sam scheduled me for next day service. Seth arrived promptly and ready to help educate me about the issue. He was incredibly smart and explained the problem in simple terms so I could understand. He was also honest with describing the process to repair. After he left, I received a very fair estimate. Overall, I would highly recommend Quarry Hills Plumbing and HVAC for any home maintenance needs.

Noah and Mike from Quarry Hills have assisted with repair of our complex Buderus boiler. We've had many technicians look at the boiler but Noah and Mike were the most knowledgeable and walked us through what they're seeing and their approach at each step of investigation. Bill, very unprofessional. Comes to my job to price HVAC system. Tells me that it needs two lines. One he wanted to go across the front gable floor and that I would have to frame a seat around the vent line. Never wrote anything down, and still on the phone with whomever. Then he asks me what I want to spend. Obviously it was a waste of time. What a joke

Andrew arrived on time, was professional and polite, showed me the part that was malfunctioning… He had a replacement part on his truck and the job was completed with a very satisfactory timeframe.

After 35 years, our heater boiler went. The next day, Quarry Hills Plumbing & HVAC came to inspect, and give us several itemized quotes and options to choose from. The following day, they did the job. They were great to work with and did a fantastic job replacing our boiler with a new, more modern, and more efficient heater boiler that takes up much less space in our basement. I highly recommend them.
