I had John to do my patio 4 years ago, and we recently had water come to our basement and called him to get that fixed. Very pleases with the service and quality he provided.

I had a great experience with their attic cleaning and inspection service. The technician, John, was very knowledgeable and explained the condition of my attic insulation and ventilation. They cleaned the attic area thoroughly and made sure everything was safe and well maintained. The service was quick, professional, and reasonably priced. Called them after noticing mold spots. Their mold removal and mold remediation services were efficient. During the visit, Marcus Reed walked me through the mold cleaning steps. They also completed dryer vent inspection, dryer vent repair, and dryer vent cleaning. Great experience.

First of all the company is not in Marblehead.
The address given is 45 Atlantic Ave .
Unless they have an office in CVS there doesn't seem to be a real address for them other than the website.
This morning when I called to ask where they are actually located Charles hung up on me.
I set the appointment up Wednesday with Micha to clean the carpet on my hallway stairs.
I was not expecting a miracle but I was expecting that there would be some difference.
The young man that arrived to clean the stairs seemed to be a nice fellow.
Unfortunately after seeing the results this morning when the carpet had dried it was obvious that he had needed to use more cleaning solution.
I had a cleaning service for twenty five years.
I am familiar with cleaning products and the amounts that need to be used in order for them to be effective.
Ben initially sprayed the carpeting with a prep solution.
I noticed that he did not cover the whole area nor did he let it sit for a while.
I commented on the amount that he was using.
He assured me that it was enough.
I spoke to him about the amount of water that he was using, for 15 stairs and a landing.
He showed me that there was still some clean water left in the tank.
He also showed me the so-called dirty water.
I commented that it did not look that dirty.
I noticed the bottle of soap that he was using didn't have much missing.
He told me that it was concentrated, that he didn't need that much.
It looked diluted to me.
When he finished the job
I had the option of paying with credit card or cash. When I asked how much the tax would be paying with a credit card
he told me that it would be sixteen dollars.
I later checked it out.
In Massachusetts, carpet cleaning service it not taxable.
I paid a hundred and ninety nine dollars in cash along with a ten dollar tip.
This morning I called the woman that had set up the cleaning appointment to comment about the lack of actual cleaning and the fact that the receipt was not from Marblehead Carpet Cleaning.
The receipt was from Carpet4 YouCleaning and the telephone number was unreachable.
I told her the service felt like a scam and that I would like my money returned.
Also, I'd like to mention that on the bottom of the receipt they have a disclaimer that if someone needs a return cleaning it's forty nine dollars or if there is a dispute it will go to court and cost you six hundred dollars or three times the amount of the technician's labor fee.
I did not sign my name to that agreement.
I put "not applicable".
I don't believe that this is a legally viable clause.
I called the company this morning,March 18th.
I told the man that answered they need to stop scamming people.
He slammed the phone down.
A woman that had seen my comment told me that she had also been scammed by them and that they had done a horrible job.
Remember Micha,Charles,Ben and Jimmy...what goes around comes around.

In a sudden turn of events, we found ourselves expecting guests over the weekend. With a 9-month-old pup at home, our carpets and upholstery had taken quite a beating. So, for the second time, we reached out to our go-to carpet cleaners who managed to fit us in the following morning. Theodore was an absolute pro. Despite our last-minute booking, he arrived promptly and was a delight to converse with. He provided clear directions on the necessary work, with a fair and exact quote. Moreover, his friendly and engaging demeanor made the process smooth, even while he was hard at work. Now, our house smells fresh and feels more like our home rather than resembling a dog kennel. Five stars. Highly recommended. We will certainly call on their services again.

I was dealing with a tough carpet stain that I'd been hiding with an area rug, and there was also some candle wax that had dripped in one corner. I reached out to Finest Marblehead Carpet Cleaning, and now my carpet looks brand new! Ayden was able to complete the job in less than an hour and left my home smelling wonderful. He went the extra mile to protect my other floors and wall corners from his equipment, and he even set up a barrier in the doorway to keep my air conditioning inside and prevent bugs or heat from getting in. I now know who to contact whenever I need a professional carpet cleaning service. Ayden and his team are the top choice!

Theodore did a fantastic job, showing up and managing everything smoothly. He was very professional in breaking down the carpet cleaning process. The woman at the front desk was also wonderful, demonstrating patience and kindness. I would suggest this carpet cleaning service to everyone. Their pricing was the most affordable in Marblehead!

In need of a rapid and cost-effective carpet cleaning solution, I reached out to a local company in Marblehead. Their quote was identical to what Stanley Steemer had given me, and I had complete faith in their services because they utilize the Vortex machine and 'green' cleaning products. Not to mention, they boasted a high rating of over four stars. To my delight, the team was at my home within the hour to begin the task. The duo, Theodore and Roger, were incredibly accommodating. They helped move some chairs, small tables, and rugs due to my hip issue, which was the main reason I outsourced the cleaning. They completed the job efficiently, wrapping up in just a bit over an hour. I was thoroughly pleased with the speed, quality of the service, and the pricing. I will undoubtedly be contacting them for future carpet cleaning needs!

It was the evening before a big holiday when Roger from Finest Marblehead Carpet Cleaning was one of the few who actually picked up the phone and came right over, armed with a massive truck mount and high tech cleaning equipment to properly tackle the job! Our office carpet was overdue for a cleaning, having not been serviced in over a year. It was riddled with severe stains from a past water incident, soda spills, and high traffic areas. But this was no problem for Roger who did an incredibly friendly and meticulous job, ensuring even the most hidden corners were attended to. They even managed to clean our non-carpeted entrance area, which was marred by dirt and mold. When you need reliable carpet cleaning, don't just settle for the lowest bid. Choose a company that can get the job done professionally, exactly when you need it!
