Reviews of local pros in Marblehead, Massachusetts

I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome! We chose to have our carpets, furniture, and tile cleaned before welcoming a new baby, and it turned out to be the best choice we made! With a toddler and a dog running around, things can get pretty messy. I didn’t realize how much everything needed a good cleaning until they finished, and it felt like we had brand new carpets and furniture. Our tile had never been cleaned before! Not only did they do an incredible job in a surprisingly short time, but their prices were also very reasonable. If you need carpet cleaning services, look no further. These guys are fantastic!

I wish I had taken before and after photos! Theodore did an amazing job cleaning our carpets. If you have pets and need your carpets refreshed, Finest Marblehead Carpet Cleaning is the place to call. I rescue stray kittens in Marblehead, and sometimes they make quite a mess! If your animal ever gets sprayed by a skunk and rubs against your furniture or carpet, whatever cleaning products they use really remove that terrible smell from everything.

I recently had my very old carpets cleaned, and I’m amazed at how fresh and new they look! The technician was great at what he did—very polite, hardworking, professional, punctual, and trustworthy. It’s not easy to find someone you can rely on to come into your home these days. Good, honest workers are rare, and I’m so glad I chose this service. The results were truly impressive! This is how a small business thrives. Great job on the cleaning!

The carpet cleaning specialist, Miguel, EXCEEDED expectations and demonstrated EXCEPTIONAL workmanship. The team was flawless, providing a level of cleaning superior to any I've experienced before. They promised to send their top specialist, Miguel, and they certainly did not disappoint. I hope they recognize and appreciate his sparkling services and flawless performances, as he is by far the best carpet cleaner I've ever had. Not only did he revive my carpets to a like-new state, but the team also rescued my carpets from the verge of ruin. They now look brand new. Thank you once more, Miguel, for your contribution to the high standards the company maintains. It's professionals like you and your team that make your carpet cleaning service the best in the business. Thanks again for your exceptional services.

I reached out to Finest Marblehead Carpet Cleaning for both carpet and furniture cleaning. Theodore came to evaluate the job in just a few days. He was incredibly polite and punctual. The cleaning was very thorough, showcasing that they truly care about their community. I received a contract to review that same afternoon before confirming the job. After I agreed, two gentlemen arrived within the next few days and took care of both the carpets and upholstery. They did an outstanding job and worked exceptionally hard. I was so impressed with their efforts that I knew I wanted to share my experience. That’s why I asked to take a picture of them in front of their van. These workers represented the company excellently.

Communication: Roger kept in touch with me clearly and regularly. Our appointment was set for a window in the afternoon, and when he was able to come earlier, he texted to check if that would work for me, which was very convenient. Explanation of Services: He explained the carpet cleaning process in detail, letting me know exactly what he was doing, how it would work, and what might affect the results. Roger has many years of experience, so he explained things efficiently, which showed how comfortable he is with his work. Effect: The results were amazing. I had tried to clean a busy area of carpet myself several times with a home machine, but there was no improvement. After Roger finished, the spot looked almost like new again. Pricing: Roger was upfront and transparent about his pricing. He answered all my questions, and there were no surprise charges—everything he said he would do was included in the original price. Courtesy: Roger was polite and professional, making eye contact and greeting me respectfully. He worked quickly and quietly, and even with my sick daughter and I watching TV nearby, we were not disturbed at all. If I need carpet cleaning in the future, I will definitely call Roger.

Sadly, I couldn't be there in person when Theodore from Finest Marblehead Carpet Cleaning worked on my carpets. Therefore, I had my father monitor the process. Honestly, my dad usually handles his own cleaning, and he believes I should do the same. However, this experience might have swayed his opinion! My father was genuinely taken aback by the thoroughness with which Theodore cleaned the carpets. The job was done swiftly, and the carpets looked fantastic. He even suggested that we replace some padding and a few tack strips that had retained moisture from our previous attempts at spot cleaning. This kind of attention to detail is not something you find in every company, and it sets you apart. You consistently deliver excellent results and, in my view, you are the unrivaled choice for carpet cleaning. I will certainly be in touch for future cleaning needs for my own house and our other properties.

I recently had my area carpets cleaned by Roger. After a previous technician did not meet my expectations, Roger completely revitalized my carpets. He was thorough, professional, and paid close attention to detail, making my area carpets and bench smell fresh and new. Roger also did a fantastic job steam cleaning my couch, leaving it spotless and feeling refreshed. I'm really pleased that I got to work with him; his dedication to quality and meticulous approach truly impressed me. I highly recommend this carpet cleaning service for their commitment to excellent results. I also highly recommend Roger; he is a fantastic professional and perfect for those challenging jobs. His focus on detail and dedication to quality make him stand out in the field. What an exceptional service!

I have relied on a carpet cleaning service for many years and have always received fantastic results. The first time I had my carpets cleaned, a technician was able to remove old stains that other services couldn't tackle, and I haven't looked back since. Recently, the technician did a restorative cleaning on my master bedroom carpet—it's incredible! My 14-year-old carpet, which had noticeable dark traffic patterns, looks brand new! The service is prompt, professional, dependable, and friendly, and it's a family-owned business. I highly recommend this carpet cleaning service. I've always been satisfied!

The carpet cleaning service we've been using has always provided top-notch service! Whether it's deep cleaning our carpets, maintaining our air ducts, or polishing our wooden floors, they always get the job done right. They're always punctual and we have never experienced any issues with their team. From the moment you call Theodore, Leonard, or Ayden to schedule an appointment until the last representative leaves your Marblehead home, they're always respectful, polite, and knowledgeable. They're comfortable to be around and all their services are reasonably priced. We wouldn't consider using any other carpet cleaning service!

After my home experienced some flooding, a friend recommended a carpet cleaning service she had seen helping a neighbor. I reached out, and within just two days after the hurricane, Roger arrived to pick up my rug. They also cleaned my carpets while they were there to deliver the freshly cleaned rug. They did an excellent job and truly exceeded my expectations to ensure I was satisfied with their work. Roger and Leonard even assisted in rearranging some of my furniture afterward. If you have pets, be sure to ask about the leak-proof padding options they offer for under your carpets.

I highly recommend Finest Marblehead Carpet Cleaning. Roger and Ayden did an amazing job with my carpets. Their attention to detail and thorough cleaning really impressed me. They used a gentle cleaning solution that lifted all the dirt from my carpet fibers, leaving everything looking fresh and bright. You can tell they truly care about customer satisfaction and always do their best work. Excellent service!

We have relied on Finest Marblehead Carpet Cleaning for many years, and every time our carpets look amazing after the cleaning. Ayden always goes above and beyond, arriving right on time and making sure the carpets are spotless and fresh. If there’s ever a spill or a stain, he comes out quickly to help us fix it. Ayden also brings a friendly attitude and a good sense of humor, which my husband really enjoys during the visits. We also appreciate the support behind the scenes that keeps everything running smoothly. Highly recommend for anyone in Marblehead looking for great carpet cleaning!

i really wish i had taken before and after photos of my carpet, because the cleaning job they did was outstanding. every single stain was removed, including tough red drink spots, wine stains, and some dark marks i couldn't even identify. i had them come out for a move out carpet cleaning in a rental property, and honestly, my expectations weren't high—I thought i'd lose my security deposit for sure. but when they were done, my carpet looked completely new, like it was just installed! i heard they often get called for move-in and move-out cleanings by local real estate agents, which makes sense because their work is top notch. besides the amazing carpet results, the technician who helped me, miguel, was so friendly, helpful, and kind. out of all the carpet cleaning services i've tried, this team is definitely the best. i would highly recommend them to anyone needing their carpets cleaned in the area!

We had three rugs cleaned before moving into our new home, and the experience was fantastic! Jorge did an amazing job! The rugs are spotless and look brand new. We needed the cleaning because of pet hair, but I can confidently say they removed ALL of it. There isn't a single trace of dog hair left on the rugs after the cleaning. My husband mentioned several times how friendly everyone was, and I can agree that the delivery team was just as kind and helpful. I'm really glad we found a family-owned company with excellent customer service and such friendly staff. We would definitely recommend this service and will return if we ever need more cleaning!

I’ve had my carpets cleaned many times before, but Finest Marblehead Carpet Cleaning really stood out. They sent a text to let me know when they were on the way. Ayden, the technician, wore shoe covers and put down mats to protect my hardwood floors. He also used corner guards to keep my door frames and walls safe. The green cleaning products left no strong odor behind, which I appreciated. What really impressed me was how Ayden set up powerful fans right away to help the carpets dry faster. I’ll definitely keep using them and recommend them to everyone I know.

Roger arrived early for both the estimate and the day he was scheduled to clean. He was very professional and worked quickly, finishing both the carpet stretching and steam cleaning faster than expected. We are very pleased with how he removed the waves and bumps that had formed in our carpet over the years. Roger was friendly and explained everything he was doing, and our carpets look and feel much fresher now. I highly recommend Roger—he does the job himself and really cares about the quality of his work.

I had a tight schedule and needed my carpet cleaned before moving out of my apartment. Finest Marblehead Carpet Cleaning was able to fit me in quickly with short notice. Communication was clear, friendly, and thorough. Jorge did the cleaning and worked fast, which helped me save a lot of time during my busy week. My carpet was in rough shape even though I tried to keep up with cleaning, but the professional service made a huge difference. The price was also very reasonable, which was a relief since other places I checked seemed too expensive for my apartment size in Marblehead.

i highly recommend Finest Marblehead Carpet Cleaning! from my first call to get a quote through today’s carpet cleaning, the service has been amazing. roger did an incredible job. my carpet is about 30 years old, pretty worn, and it had a bunch of pet stains and odors. roger managed to get rid of the stains and smells, making my carpet look almost brand new again! i haven’t seen it this clean in years. we’ve tried other cleaning companies before, but none of them got these kinds of results. roger really knows his stuff when it comes to carpet cleaning, and he’s also super friendly and helpful. he never pushed any extra services I didn’t need. theodore was great with scheduling my appointment, really polite and easy to work with. i love supporting local businesses, and this one is the best. the price for what you get can’t be beat. i will definitely use their carpet cleaning service again and have already told my friends about them!

I needed my carpets cleaned and was happy to find Finest Marblehead Carpet Cleaning in Marblehead. I booked a cleaning because their services sounded just like what I was looking for, and I was not let down. Roger arrived right on time and was friendly and professional. The carpets now look spotless and smell fresh, even better than I expected. Drying took a little longer than I thought, but Roger explained it was because of the high humidity in the area. Overall, I am very pleased with the results and would definitely use this service again.

If you ever need your carpets cleaned, definitely give these folks a call—they truly work wonders! I came home to find about 60 teenagers had thrown a party in my house, and I was sure the carpet was completely ruined. I had never seen it so stained and dirty before. Leonard arrived quickly after I reached out and got right to work. When he finished, I was nervous to see the results, but I was amazed—the carpet looked brand new! He even managed to remove all the stubborn odors from the party. The price was fair too, which made my kids happy since they're the ones paying for it!
