Electricians at WIRED are laser-accurate in their assessment, and their workmanship is top notch, except they could do a better job of cleaning up (removed wiring insulations left on the floor, etc...), which is the reason for one minus star. They also do not try to sell anything you don't need, so their honesty deserves a great attention. Their work also comes with warranty, so sometimes a few hundred dollars you can save at a competitor may not be worth it in the end.

Elicia at the service desk is always quick to reply to email inquiries, which I really appreciate as I don't like talking on the phone. Not many businesses reply to emails anymore and they lost me as a customer. If WIRED offered free estimates like competitors do (I'm a current customer so I do get free estimates), I believe they even receive more projects.

Extremely happy with the service from Paul! I had an old 240V outlet in my garage I was hoping to use for a new electric car. Paul came out and got the outlet working again. He offered multiple options but didn't try to upsell me on the most expensive work. We mutually decided on the most cost effective solution (which was substantially less than other options). Paul is a very honest electrician and I will definitely use him again for any future needs. They were also able to schedule me for the next day, much faster than the 6 other electrical companies I had contacted and hadn't heard back from.

In a nutshell, Wired does top notch work with honesty and integrity. We first contacted Wired several months ago to provide an estimate on replacing our electrical service. Their estimate was a little bit more than the other providers I contacted, but was also more comprehensive. Based on how Paul answered all of my questions and explained the project, we were confident in hiring his team even though the price was slightly higher. Their work was better than we could have expected and we were extremely happy that we chose Wired. When a large problem in the house surprised us this fall, we called Wired immediately. They came out right away to help with the urgent issues, and scheduled additional visits to complete quite a bit of work. Paul helped us figure out creative solutions to complete the project without breaking the bank. The end result is again better than we envisioned. Paul's commitment to doing great work is far beyond other professionals I've worked with in the past. On top of that, everyone at Wired is very friendly and personable!

I needed to have a ceiling fan installed on a high ceiling. Paul (the owner) came over to do an estimate and then we scheduled an installation date. His final price was exactly what he estimated; no surprises, which is always good. He laid down some tarps to protect the carpet, etc.

Very friendly service, on time, installation works perfectly, There's nothing to complain about from my perspective.

Excellent experience with John from Wired Electrical. He came twice and took care of multiple issues inside and outside the house. He also patiently explained to us how things worked and gave us ideas for future improvements. We will bring him back to install our EV charger when needed. Update: 12/2023 - terrible rainstorm - basement leak/flood which impacted wires and outlets. Had to shut all electrical off for home. I was in Florida at the time but called
Wired Electrical and John Allen paid an emergency visit. Surveyed the damage, tested all circuits and was able to get electric and heat going again. I was in the air while he was there but landed to the good news that my heat was on and electricity restored. Thank you Wired Electrical and John!

Awesome experience here from beginning to end. For background, I had a relatively small need for repairing an outlet and updating a breaker at the panel. My initial call was answered by Alicia, who was super helpful scheduling an appointment and explaining how everything would work. To my surprise, I received a call back the next day that they had an opening sooner than my appointment date - fantastic! John showed up as promised and couldn't have been more friendly, respectful of my property, and accommodating with my questions. His attention to detail was superb - even managing to match the (somewhat unusual) outlet color, which exceeded my expectations. I'd be willing to pay a premium for that kind of service, but the total charge for my work was extremely reasonable, and I'm not sure it could have been beat. Looking forward to using Wired again in the future and hope to get John back on future work. Thank you!

Friendly dispatcher promptly sent my message to electrician, Paul, who called me right back. Paul assessed my issue over the phone, which I was able to solve myself, saving me the cost of a visit. They will be my first call if I ever need an electrician in the future.

We purchased our home 2 years ago and have been slowly updating it ever since. Our initial electrician was nice but not exactly a polished or as professional as I’d hoped. When we decided to add additional can lights, repair a few fixtures, and add an electrical box outside our new patio, we opted for a new electrician. After my initial call with their customer service person to schedule, I was impressed with the attention to detail and overall professionalism, seemed like a well oiled machine. I then met with Paul the owner who was polite, professional, explained everything clearly, problem solved with me, and laid out price options which was greatly appreciated. We received a quote, then booked our workday a few weeks later. When Paul and his associate came to complete the projects, they were polite and wore masks the entire time. We have small children and they were very thoughtful through the whole day.

Is Wired Electrical the cheapest option? Probably not. Am I happy to pay slightly higher but 100% fair prices for 5 year guaranteed work, that’s done well and I’m not concerned they’re cutting corners? Absolutely. If you want quality work, no headaches, and a smooth experience, save yourself time and just go with these guys.

John was amazing! Fantastic sense of humor. He was very honest and forthcoming about pricing and what he can do versus what he thought we could do on our own to save money. He listened to what we what our problems/concerns were and took the time to explain possible issues and possible solutions. 10/10 would call them again for any/all electrical related matters that fall outside my comfort zone.

We recently Used Wired Electrical Contractors. John came to our house to provide the estimate for several projects we had in mind. He gave us the estimate on the spot after assessing the complexity of the work and also provided some feedback with respect to options we could use. On the scheduled day John arrived punctually to the minute and tackled the work right away. He completed all of the tasks very quickly and efficiently, provided information for those that would require more exploration and higher costs giving us a chance to make a decision how to proceed; he cleaned after the work was completed. I was very pleased with the service I got – all around – from Wired Electrical Services. The office staff were very quick to respond by phone, first to my initial online inquiry, and later to follow up before and after electrician visits. They are a smart, efficient administrative staff. The electricians, Paul and John were extremely personable and easy to talk with and to explain what was going on in my particular electrical issues. They solved a difficult wiring problem to my satisfaction and gave me good advice for how to purchase what I needed.

I called Wired Electrical Contractors after I experienced sudden alarming problems with several outlets and fixtures in my home. The young woman who answered was polite and helpful, understood my concerns, and promised to get back to me right away with a response from the electrician. And within minutes, she did call, said that she had contacted the owner who was on his way back to home base, and would be able to stop at my home on his way. Paul Crowley was friendly, professional, patient, and skilled at listening, inspecting, diagnosing, and problem solving; he answered my questions, and offered several optional solutions involving installations, repairs, and timing, and, then given my choice, he proceeded right away, to effectively and efficiently repair and resolve all of the problems and concerns. Absolutely outstanding responsiveness, timeliness, and very friendly and helpful service above and beyond. I would unreservedly recommend Paul and his team at Wired!

Needed a Tesla charging unit installed. Got name of these guys from Tesla site. Responded to my online inquiry within 12 hours and were able to set up the install within 3-4 days. Guy who came was right on time, friendly and laid out various location options with pricing on each. Did the install in 2-3 hours (less time than he predicted) and completely cleaned up any plaster/various bits.

I've hired Wired a handful of times. No complaints until recently. One of the LED lights they installed a couple years ago became damaged. These light are not easy to replace, so we called to ask if they could come by and sell us a replacement when it was convenient for them. Paul, the owner, agreed. Except when they did arrive, after they rescheduled three times, they would only sell us the replacement for the cost of labor - $200, to plug in a light. For a $20 light. When i called Paul to ask why he didn't uphold his side of the agreement, he became very defensive, aggressive and disrespectful. Bad customer service to say the least.

I had scheduled an appointment on 12/16 to have an outdoor plug replaced and was given a date of 12/24. I thought it was odd at the time that they would be scheduling out that far and on Christmas Eve but said OK.
We’ve used Wired Electrical in the past for our Tesla outdoor charger and multiple plugs to be rewired in the house. They did a good job.
Today 12/23, I received a call that my appointment for tomorrow 12/24 will be canceled since they will have a truck down and they wanted to reschedule for 12/30.
My speculation, since I won’t be told, is that since my job is a simple outdoor plug and they specialize with larger electrical jobs such as houses, and Tesla chargers, is that my scheduled appointment was dropped since it’s just a simple outdoor plug. You would be better finding a local electrician for something like that if it’s not a major job.
