Great place to purchase my material from. The Guys at the counter especially the manager Bill do whatever it takes to make sure I receive all the material I need.

I've been using this supply house for almost 10 years it's great the manager that ran it before Bill was a little out their but the Mark and Bill were the reason why I stayed and when Bill toke it over the place atmosphere got 100% better and stock of materials got way better and the guys behind the counter like Mark are great to work they know their stuff and are on top of their stuff they know what they are talking about and take the time and effort to find what you are looking for I wouldn't use anything other supply house hand down the best

At first, I was very happy with their service. They got back to me right away and seemed genuinely happy to do the work.

But then, when I needed them to do a larger job, I never heard back. I called and left messages 6 times. I wouldn't have kept calling, but they had already gone through the trouble of mapping the knob
and tube in my house. Then I got a mailer! It was extremely informative...but I still haven't heard from them. I even called one more time after I got the mailer, but no response.

Being in contact with this company has made me confused and upset, and I started out with very high hopes.

Great experience. John was on time, clearly gave me an estimate, performed the work in a professional manner and even did some additional work he was not expecting, all at a very fair price. I have found my go-to electrician! Fantastic job!

Wired has done a bunch of work for my house. Paul from Wired installed a fan, solved a breaker tripping problem with the wiring in one of our bedrooms and also fixed issues with our circuit breaker . All our experiences have been smooth and the quality of work has always been good. I am glad to have found them.

Excellent choice for your electric work. The owner visits first. Surveys the job, leaves you a quote for the work. If you accept the quote, the job is scheduled. The electrician arrives on time., completes the job, cleans the site as clean as when he arrived. Could not ask for better.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. The work we originally hired them to do a few years ago was excellent and done in a timely way. When we needed additional work done recently, the electrician was just as helpful and in the end concluded his guarantee as to the prior work covered what he had done (a couple of hours of his time), so he did not charge us anything. Stand up quality work. Could not ask for more.

My original post was a while ago. I recently called to ask a question and never got a call back. Very disappointed.

Setting up an appointment was easy from the website and emails from admin support. On day of appointment they kept us informed that our electrician was running behind due to another job being bigger than actually planned. Once electrician arrived, he got right to work and completed 4 different jobs efficiently and the price quoted at beginning of appointment was actually higher that the actual bill. Many thanks.

We have had Paul and his crew several times and they have done excellent work. I am also a Property Mgr. at a small condominium complex in Marlborough where unit owners have used his services they also were extremely happy. Excellent work, professional with a commitment to detail.

John did excellent work replacing 2 ceiling light fixtures and installing 2 dimmer switches. Elicia of Customer Service was pleasant and professional as well. I highly recommend Wired Electrical Contractors and plan to use them again in the future.

Wired Electrical is amazing. We had a pretty tricky operation to coordinate between the delivery of a dishwasher, the installation by a plumber and the replacement of the electric wire in between the delivery and the installation. Paul worked with us and was super flexible. He made sure to arrive on site 10 minutes after the delivery to do his work before the installation.

John and Paul have done multiple jobs for us. They do high quality work. I specifically appreciate their design and creativity. We've needed work done to install an interlock system for a generator, and also creating a secure indoor connection to an outdoor sump pump. In both cases they came up with safe and professional solutions. They think it through. I like people who think!
