Very well done, professional and polite. I will say for the $400 I paid to clean upholstery I kinda expected more. Before and after pics added. I am very happy though, but they cannot perform miracles first 3 pics are before last 3 after. You decide for $400

The technicians who can were very nice and seemed knowledgeable. We had two services completed. Sofa cleaning went off without a hitch. My cream sofa looks great.
I was told that the cleaning of the dryer vent (which desperately needed cleaning) seemed to go well also. Unfortunately, I wish I had gone outside prior to the technicians leaving. I was not told that during the procedure, my outside deter vent was broken. I went out for a walk later in the day and the photo below us what I saw. Now I find myself looking for someone to replace/repair the vent…

Ethan was extraordinary, in his friendly personality, honesty & quality of work! We booked a cleaning of a 20 year old chair with many stains. He was very clear they probably wouldn't come out, that he would do whatever he could, but if we'd rather save the money he wouldn't even charge for the visit! We agreed to have him clean and sanitize it. He worked hard and actually removed several stains! It looks and smells great! He taught us what to do and what not to do when we spill things, and how to save money.

Albert and his friend were wonderful. I feel bad I did didn’t get the other guy’s name. I will have them back every year my rug that is very old looks brand new and they were very kind and gave me great advice how to keep it that way.

Stanley Steemer steam-cleaned furniture and washed floors in our home. Our home is brighter and it feels great. Not only did we have rugs, throw rugs, sofas, dining room, chairs, cleaned, but they also cleaned dusty stairwell steps and hardwood floors. Mike S. is a pleasant, funny, and thoughtful employee, and even played with our dog Ziggy!

Great service out of this branch. We have used them a few times now over the past few years for carpet and upholstery cleaning. Always happy with the results. We have a fairly thick, high quality but older carpet that is also light in color… super cozy but traps dirt and hair. They always get it looking fresh.

They sometimes don’t take the promo code discounts that get emailed out, but I’ve always found their prices to be reasonable.

The technicians were very nice and professional. However, I was not completely satisfied with the service. They told me that the pet stains were successfully removed. While they are greatly improved, they are not gone. I could not determine this before they left because the rugs were wet. Not a single piece of furniture was moved as explained to me over the phone. While I did not expect heavy pieces to be moved (beds, desks, recliners, bookcases, etc), I did expect lightweight chairs and side tables to be moved. I removed everything on these tables except a lamp. This might explain why the entire service took about 30 minutes for 3 rooms. I cannot recommend this service.

I had the pleasure of working with Alex from Stanley Steemer, and he was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, he was professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done perfectly. He took the time to explain the process, answered all my questions, and worked with great attention to detail. The results were outstanding—my Carpet looks brand new! It’s rare to find someone who cares so much about their work and the customer’s satisfaction, but Alex truly does. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for top-quality service.

First experience with SS. Mike and Nate were prompt, very friendly and professional. They were attentive to the task at hand. They left the carpet and clean and removed the spill without a trace. Mike and Nate were wonderful ambassadors to SS and should be commended and recognized.

Bardhyl and Lorne were fantastic! Last fall we had had fifteen year old couches cleaned and they came out fabulous! I had been putting off having some additional carpets cleaned and two club chairs. They arrived fifteen minutes early and did a fabulous job on the upholstery, stairs, carpet, landings and hallways. They look so much better and I truly appreciate their professionalism and kindness! I will not hesitate to use them again!!

Alexander and Nicholas were awesome. I work from home and I hardly noticed their presence. They were extremely accommodating worked quickly and very friendly to me and my dogs. Super pair of guys! They cleaned out the dryer vent one day and impressed me so much with their work and communication skills that I had them return to clean the air ducts. They removed and scrubbed every register and return, also using compressed air with a whip thingy to clean each opening.

Stanley Steemer has a great text system of communication and the technicians were right on time for each of the three separate appointments.

Alex and Nick came early, which turned out to be great. This limited the time that I had to be away from work. They were professional and thorough in the cleaning. when I had a question they explained it and as we went through the process. They showed before, and after photos and explained The process and the effects on my system. I’m happy with the duck work cleaning.
