These guys were amazing! Did my whole basement, bedroom, and stairs and even moved furniture around to get underneath it. I don’t normally write reviews, but they deserve it. Also, price was half of other competitors. Highly recommend

The technician from Stanley Steemer came today because I have my dog had a series of accidents on my carpet runners. He was excellent he came in. He knew what he was doing. He was very careful. To explain what he was doing.He was of efficient with really a very positive experience that I’m really I’m really very impressed.

Super fast turnaround after I placed the order for service online. The guys were really friendly. They did an amazing job cleaning a couch that my elderly parents use….one that hadn’t been cleaned in decades! It looks brand new!

I was stuck on a meeting so had to leave a sign on the door to tell them where to go & to go ahead and get started. They came in, they cleaned the carpet, it looks lovely, they were really nice, and it was all tied up in a bow in 30 minutes (living room and stairs). So easy! 10/10 will use them again.

Really really helpful when I was in a pinch. Albert & Nathan were incredible! From calling in for an emergency deep clean, to the technicians leaving my sparkling clean couch (and even mopping behind themselves) was less than 24 hours. Could not have asked for better service!

Stanley Steamer showed up early and helped me move a few items. Cleaned my 5x7 rug that my older dog had soiled and it came out great! They also cleaned my hardwood floors and now they shine. Only company I use for my rugs and now floors. Would definitely recommend!

We are so happy we finally did this, it was less than an hour, and they got the entire room done with the couch, cushions, and the carpet. They were really prompt and came at the beginning hour of the timeframe they gave us, they were very clear with what was going to be done and what needed to be done afterwards (for example: how long the areas that were being cleaned would be damp for)

The problem was with the men. A man named Lorne was rude, mad, had a huge attitude problem. Left the job to go sit in the truck. The coffee table was not centered correctly. Robert had to get him to move the table I did nothing wrong. You came recommended and I was very disappointed in the attitude. What would he be like if I did many rooms? Robert was great, tried to smooth things over. I was very disappointed in the!!!!!!!

Jonathan was outstanding!!! Cleaned our living room/dining room carpets today. Can’t say enough. He was personable, polite, very professional, and meticulous!! Also, the tracking made everything so seamless. Loved knowing exactly when he would arrive. Because of my experience with Jonathan today, I will only be using Stanley Steemer in the future!

Fast and efficient. Only complaint is the filters were not put back in the furnace and the door not put back either. Also a large chunk of fluff was still in one vent, maybe it blew up when the furnace came back on.

Great guys professional...friendly and helpful. Fast working.. got right to the task. I have cats that are indoors 🐈 cats. I never let them out. Told them that and they were just awesome making sure my pets were safe and never had a chance to get outside. I am handicapped and use a wheelchair ♿️...they were extremely helpful to me made sure they had everything done and back in place for me. Great job 👏 👍 💯 % perfect 👌 job

Both men were extremely knowledgeable and skilled and efficiently cleaned our home in less than 4 hours. Polite and considerate too! The house smells great and the floors are shining

I would give very high praise to Ervin Vani Who just left my home absolutely spotless. He removed every stain in every nook and cranny of dust on my carpets that were badly in need of shampoo. The house smells Fresh and looks clean. I am delighted. Both of the gentlemen were friendly, professional, and I would always ask for that team in the future.

The gentleman that came here were very nice. However, after my kitchen floor was cleaned and dried I noticed all this dark dirt against the base of my cabinets out about 2 inches. Must be the dirty water left over.

The 2 gentleman that came to my house for our service were wonderful. They did their job, their were very respectful and great at what they do. Thank you for everything and worth every penny. The price was so much better than I thought it would be.

I had 2 rooms cleaned, 1 of them were deodorized and protected. The guys were good workers and arrived sooner than I expected. I was given a range of 2-6 p.m. and they arrive at 2:30. The only thing I didn’t like was a couple of stains didn’t come out completely. It wasn’t anything the workers did, it was more the cleaning solutions.

DO NOT USE THEM!
I had them clean my hand made wool rug, which they DESTROYED!!!! They put the rug through a machine and ruined the entire edging of the rug. Then the manager Danny said we can fix it, i was a little skeptical. They delivered the rug after fixing it and the rug is curved from one side. I can not use the rug I have rolled it up and PUT away in my shed. They should have refunded my money for the cleaning and what the rug was worth.
I will never use them again and DO NOT ever have your rugs cleaned by them they have no clue of what to do with them other than to destroy them.

Very quick. Courteous, clean, efficient. They were in and out in 25-30 minutes. That's what I like to see Stanley steemer. Amazing work. I am very pleased

Both of their employees lorne and bahyd were very professional and courteous. Rug is over 30 years old and it looks new again
