We have been using Modular Cleaning Concepts since Sept 2016. Luiz and his cleaning team consistently meet our high standards for cleanliness every day. It is very evident that the cleaners are extremely well trained and held to a very high standard. The owner, Luiz, is in our facility every week checking on the work product of his crew and asking if there is anything else that could be done better. Extremely professional!

We have contracted Modular Cleaning Concepts for two months now and we have been pleased with the work and the customer service offered. The designated cleaner for our facility is punctual and does the work in a mindful manner that is very much appreciated by us. As a customer with unique specifications and needs, we were looking for specific things that other cleaners were not able to offer us. Luiz has been able to accommodate a routine per our specifications and we are very appreciative of that. Because of this, we will continue to contract Modular’s services.

I retained Modular Cleaning for a one time thorough, deep cleaning of a property getting ready to be sold. They were quite professional, and gave me a very accurate and detailed estimate. Modular Concepts has cleaned the 15,000 sq ft VentureX facility in Marlborough, where I have a private office, since it opened in April 2019. Their cleaning crew is there every evening and they are personable, very focused on their work, do a great job, and its the same people since they started this job almost a year ago. We switched to Modular Cleaning Concepts a few months ago and have been so happy with this transition! My colleagues and I immediately noticed the change and remarked that the building smelled clean and presented better upon arriving in the morning. The staff also follow through on all the assigned cleaning tasks, which has been great for staff who had to do extra work to make up for our previous cleaners to meet health inspection requirements. And most importantly, the business is led by Luiz Thomas, a man with integrity, character, compassion, and a solid work ethic.

Very thorough professional cleaning. Started for one time cleaning but ended up requesting recurrent services.

Today was my first experience, the ladies were on time and the owner personally came to introduce the team as well as walk through the house to ensure that nothing was missed. I have worked with many cleaning services, however this was very professional and I will be signing on for the year! They are well priced and have been very responsive right from the start!

Sears maid services did an excellent job of cleaning my greasy kitchen and sorting out stuff .. Very handy help for working women... Would definitely recommend. Its such a great feeling to come back to a clean and organized home after work.

I contacted NT General Services to get an estimate on gutter cleaning, and minor repairs (if needed). They were quick to respond, and gave me a fair estimate price to do the work. They came out a couple days later to perform the gutter cleaning. They were punctial, and professional. I also had them fix a section behind part of the gutter that we knows was problematic. Nilson came back a different day to do the work, and again was very professional, with high quality work performed. I would like to point about how great they were with communicating, which I really appreciate. I would contact them again for future projects.

The team that cleaned my windows was wonderful. They were very professional and friendly. They worked efficiently but did not rush the job. My windows and screens wee sparkly clean and remain so I would highly recommend them
