Luiz and his team did an excellent job filling in for our sexton while we searched for a replacement. The team was neat, efficient, timely, knowledgeable and easy to work with. This is a church building with a sanctuary and associated classrooms, offices, kitchen, rest rooms, and a fellowship hall. It was a pleasure working with Luiz and his team. We would hire them back should the need arise in the future.

The rugs in our house were extremely dirty, as they had not been professionally cleaned in some time, and we have two kids. I hired Modular Cleaning Concepts to clean my rugs, and I couldn’t be happier. They were very professional, courteous and meticulous. Throughout the house, we had various stains from soda, pizza, wine, coffee, printer ink, and some silly putty-like slime. They were able to get all of them out. They even did my area rugs too! When they were done, the rugs looked and smelled so fresh and clean, like they were almost brand new. It was awesome! I would definitely use them again, and will recommend them to everyone I know.

I hired Modular Concepts to clean a condo prior to putting it up for sale. They did a good job for a reasonable price, taking a time / energy load off my plate. They subcontracted the carpet cleaning and that was handled smoothly. I'm looking forward to having the condo sold.

This business cleans the school that I work at and they do an amazing job! The owner is super friendly and comes to the school often to check on the work of his cleaners. He also supports the school (a nonprofit org) and is super involved in the chamber of commerce.

We had retained Modular Cleaning to do a deep cleaning in a couple of our group homes before a state inspection. They did such a fantastic job that we have now retained them to do quarterly cleaning in all 4 of our homes as well as semi annual cleanings in our main office.
