Came ontime and did a great work cleaning dryer vent. Looks almost like it did brand new. Would defunately hire again.

Our experience with this company was extremely disappointing and concerning.

They replaced parts on our boiler that were not covered by our warranty through Choice Home Warranty, without informing us there would be any out-of-pocket costs. Our insurance company later confirmed that the part did not require replacement, which is why they denied the claim.

We were then threatened with a mechanical lien on our property and sent a plumber to our home during dinner time. The individual was aggressive—banging on our door and demanding $495 without clearly explaining what had been done. When asked for clarification, he shrugged and told us to “pay or face the consequences.”

Phone calls to the company went unanswered, and we were left without any proper explanation. After posting an honest review, we received yet another threat—this time threatening legal action if we didn’t remove our review immediately.

Thankfully, we recorded their visit and are prepared to defend ourselves in court, if necessary.

We cannot recommend this company and urge others to be cautious. The lack of transparency, poor communication, and aggressive behavior were unacceptable

Benny came on time and was super nice at arrival. He showed me pictures before the dryer vent was clean. Took about 35 mins. Very much worth it!

Don’t return calls and many times didn’t show up

The office staff as well as the techs are capable and courteous.

Very responsive, explained everything they were doing, and got our system up & running for us!

They said they would have someone out to look at my furnace that wasn't working. I called when nobody arrived. They said nobody was coming. It is freezing. I don't have heat. I waited all day and they never gave any indication that someone wasn't coming same day.

Replaced my central air conditioned on 4th Aug 2018. My Old AC Unit was 3 Tonnes and they down graded my unit to 2.5 without even letting me know about this downgrade. I came to know only when I checked the model number and it was 2.5 tonne. Once I started asking like installing with correct 3 tonne unit and resolve this issue, They started ignoring my calls and emails. I would have given them zero start if its possible...
