That makes them far more efficient and energy-saving. In fact, the very first heat pumps were used on the Space Shuttle, how cool is that!

The team went the extra mile, working with me to make sure my own thermal engineering hand calculations matched their in house computerized results. They also oversized the unit at my request to handle the full demand of our home, giving me extra peace of mind.

The installation was smooth, on time, and handled with true white-glove care, all completed in a single day. For our whole home heat pump install, the team at Jetson were phenomenal. The process of getting started online/remotely was easy and we were given a solid idea of what to expect having our oil burning furnace replaced with a high efficiently heat pump. Currently, the installs they do are for forced air systems only, which we have.

The technicians we worked with were professional, clear communicators, and gave accurate expectations for timing and process. Our install was done in the matter of an afternoon! I intentionally waited about a month before writing this review so I could evaluate not just the sales and installation process, but also the real-world performance of our whole-home ducted heat pump system. After living with it through real winter weather, I can confidently say this has been an outstanding experience from start to finish.

Our journey with Jetson began in September 2025 and continued through installation on December 18th and beyond. From the initial consultation to post-installation support, the entire process was smooth, transparent, and extremely well managed.

I want to especially thank David, my sales representative, who clearly explained our options, Mass Save rebates, and the full scope of a whole-home heat pump installation without any pressure. He made it easy to understand the transition from a gas furnace to a high-efficiency heat pump.

A huge thank-you to Joseph, who has been my primary operations contact throughout the project. Joseph was responsive, detail-oriented, and truly accountable. When an unexpected radon-related issue surfaced during installation, the Jetson team took full responsibility and corrected it promptly. That level of ownership and professionalism really sets them apart.

Shout-out as well to Moe, the knowledgeable and cool/calm tech who explained the system clearly during install, and Robert (Rob), the installer, who did excellent, detail-focused work.

Jetson went well beyond a standard install:

a. They handled all permits

b. Coordinated and completed the Mass Save inspection

c. Helped secure the 0% Mass Save Heat Loan through their recommended bank, which made financing incredibly easy

d. Added a new vent in the basement bathroom

e. Took the time to evaluate whether a vent could be added to the family room and clearly explained why it wasn’t feasible

f. Helped plan and source the aux heat strip, which they are scheduled to install this month

g. Proactively committed to taking responsibility for a drywall issue related to the bathroom vent installation

h. Fully installed and configured the Jetson thermostat, smart hub, air quality monitoring, and energy monitoring

Most importantly, after a full month of use, the heat pump performance has exceeded our expectations. The system provides more even, quieter heating and noticeably better energy efficiency compared to our old gas furnace. Comfort is improved throughout the house, and energy consumption is lower — exactly what we were hoping for from a modern, energy-efficient heating system.

Jetson didn’t just install a heat pump — they supported the project before, during, and after installation, and stood behind their work every step of the way. That kind of follow-through is rare.

I definitely recommend Jetson to anyone in Massachusetts considering a Mass Save heat pump, whole-home electrification, or replacing a gas furnace with a heat pump. If you’re on the fence, this is a company you can trust.

Serge came out to install the new Smart Thermostat system for my Jetson heat pumps. He was friendly and really knowledgeable. Walked me through everything and even changed out my filters for me. Thank you Serge for the help and thank you Jetson.

The Jetson Smart Hub was installed for an already installed Jetson heat pump. The installers, Serge and Richard, were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They wore shoe covers in the house. They inspected the whole heat pump system, inside and outside, tweaking things for maximum efficiency. Detailed instructions were given for using the Jetson Smart Hub app as well as the wall thermostat, and all questions were answered. I was very impressed with the overall experience.

The installation was very quick and easy lasting from 8 AM to 1 PM. The installation crew was very nice and patient with my questions and requests. The install was flawless and my home was as clean or more clean than when they started.

The tech was knowledgeable and friendly. The repair was done quickly. Very professional job.

Highly recommend this team for rooftop solar. The sales team was super helpful and knowledgeable and willing to find out information on products not even on the market yet (bidirectional EV charging) to help guide decisions.

They acquired another company and my job was left uncompleted for 5 months. Once the job was completed they had to come back out shortly after to fix an issue with it. I was sold on a more expensive unit by being informed I could receive a rebate from mass save and now they are refusing to provide me with an accurate invoice using the correct job completed date (instead using one from 5 months prior and in the previous calendar year). I've reached out numerous times, I can't get contact information for anyone higher in the company to discuss this with.

I have been a customer of Endless Energy since 2018 and have dealt with them multiple times for various tasks. They have always provided excellent service and superb after-sales service. Most recently I got an energy assessment done by them. Mark Otis came in on time, was extremely knowledgeable, very courteous and provided very helpful feedback. Best of all, he did not try and upsell me anything and left me with important and helpful information I could use in the near future. A truly comfortable experience and I would highly recommend them for all your energy savings needs.

They were very kind and officiant workers. Only problem would be the lack of communication between myself and the electricians. Other than that the job was done well. All systems work and there was no mess left behind. Also a big thanks to the crew that made everything possible.
