Eydin Gómez did a fantastic job when he came over to do the maintenance for our systems. He was curious, thorough, and very knowledgeable. He also had some additional tips and suggestions not related to what he’d initially come for. Wonderful service.

I wish I could give zero stars. Initially I was told 4 days and the majority of the project lasted around 2 months. Many untrained technicians who also spoke poorly of the company management. Different techs almost every time, System wouldn't old temp because they ducted returns up and over collar ties in the attic restricting airflow, changed the bathroom vent for some reason and now it leaks, left a mess everywhere, sharpie marks and holes in the ceilings. When a vent cover is put in it has a lip that allows for the hole in the floor to have a little play, they cut outside the vent cover and lip on multiple vents leaving visible cuts in the floor, cracked a tile multiple times, and I don't think any of the floor vents are square (in alignment with) anything they are next to. They asked for full payment after a week and I refused sighting that the project was not finished and I'm glad I did as the project took about another 6 weeks. We have a generator and they thought it would be fine to leave it as is because they wanted the well pump to work if the power went out. I had to instruct them that the water lines will freeze if the house looses heat and the most important thing was that the generator keep the HVAC running. When they cut holes in the wall, the patch job was a DIY beginner at best, only the seams were mudded, tape was visible through the mud, and nothing was sanded. They did work with me a little on the balance given the issues, but I believe it was maybe few grand at most and it would cost me that much to retile the bathroom so it would all match (new to us house with no replacement tile). They said they would come out and fix the issues, but I opted to negotiate the price because I do not want them back in my house let alone sending another untrained tech to fix the work of the previous untrained tech.

The last thing I will note is the damage I have found since they left. Not only have I had to reseal and tape connections, I found a joist they notched in the basement when I was working on the drop ceiling. Whether they had no idea the damage they were doing or whether it was a hack move they thought I would never see above the drop ceiling, I can't say. I can tell you that it doesn't matter what size lines or what they are for (refrigerant in this case and not attached to the joist as it should be, resting on the drop ceiling instead), you can not notch a joist. By notching nearly 2" out of the bottom of my floor joist they torpedoed the structural integrity and strength of that joist and did great damage to the biggest investment in my life. DO NOT EMPLOY ENDLESS ENERGY! The customer service is horrible, they 4X'ed their timeline, their techs seemed to have no training, and they did massive damage to my home.

A few more things I am remembering as I am writing this, they frequently sent one tech because they had a big project (mine was adding ducted HVAC to a 3300sqft house) for jobs that needed two people. The tech would take me out of my office for 30 minutes at a time to help until I told them I HAD to get back to work. And their vehicle leaked quarts of oil (I'm not kidding, it had to be towed away) and they just wanted to hose it down (f Mother Nature, my lawn, and driveway I guess).

I am not addig photos now, but would spend the time to do so if needed

They fixed my Split conderser Unit and Furnace replacing motor and collection box. They were prompt but one technician when came first time did not close the furnamce door properly that turned off the swich of Thermostat and there was no heat in the room for two days.
Also The cost of collection box (which is simple metal tray )was charged $785 which should not cost more than $50 max . The cleaning of the filter charge was also high. They are good but expensive

Endless Energy staff are accommodating and professional. Alycia, in the office, patiently answered my questions. Dan, who did the initial audit, was thorough and clearly helped me understand my options. Ryan, who supervised installation of the splits, kept me informed about modifications required due to unusual structure of my house's frame. Seth changed the water heater installation to accommodate my request that it be elevated off the floor. Brian, the carpenter, did an excellent job of matching a wall which had to be built to fill in a large gap where an old radiator was removed in my kitchen. When he returned (to repair a hole in my ceiling, inadvertently caused during insulation work) I knew he'd do another great job (which he did). My entire project began on May 13 with an audit, and has taken months but I'm very satisfied with the high quality of the workmanship and the very accommodating staff, every step of the way.

A shout out to Eydin Gomez. Eydin is an excellent service technician. On his first visit he diagnosed the problem with my mini-split. He ordered the parts while he was still at my house.. Eydin came back and replaced the broken parts. Eydin was professional and respectful.

Dan Hagerstrom was excellent! He explained everything and broke it down for me, so I could truly understand, and the pros and cons for each scenario. I really appreciate him taking the time to work with me. Definitely will be an Endless Energy customer for all my home needs. 10/10 highly recommend!

Response time to my request was excellent. Alex was able to show me the issue with the pump and not only fix it but help me with ways to avoid future issue. The people I spoke with in the office were all helpful and upbeat as well. Just a really pleasant experience considering Id been up to my elbows in sink gunk trying to do it myself 🤣

Had a really solid experience with the team! Everyone was helping along the way, and the team was even able to come in earlier then planned - when heard that our furnace is going crazy. Garret - the engineer, was very professional, quick, he explained everything along the way, gave us options of what has to be fixed and what is nice to have. The furnace is back to live now! I do have other companies to compare with, and will stay with this team moving forward.

This review is going to be long but I need express just how happy I am with choosing this company out of the many out there to perform an HVAC service & checkup. First impression of the company is always when you meet the service person who is coming to do the service and he did not disappoint in any way. His name is JAMES. He was so nice & so polite and professional and he immediately made me feel at ease. He checked out my HVAC system thoroughly and performed several tests and told me my system was in excellent working condition for its age 2007. JAMES is the reason me & my wife have now decided any & all future service or repairs on our Heating, AC, plumbing & electrical will be given to Endless Energy.

We just had our whole system replaced by EndlessEnergy and we're very impressed. Hunter and Aiden were polite, careful of our home, and a pleasure to deal with. We now have reliable heat again! The team worked hard to make sure we had heat over Thanksgiving, which we certainly appreciated.

Garret was incredibly helpful with my issue—knowledgeable, patient, and, in his own words, ready to “nerd out for a minute.” That line made me laugh, but I’m so glad I let him dive in. He broke everything down in the simplest, clearest way, and I walked away actually understanding what was going on.

Endless Energy installed our heat pump a few years ago, and they’ve been nothing short of exceptional ever since. Their responsiveness, their professionalism, and their genuine care have stood out every single time. In all these years, we’ve only had one small issue—and even that turned out to have nothing to do with their system.

Thank you, Endless Energy, for your continued excellence. And truly—give Garret a raise. He’s one of the best, friendliest, and most capable people I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. He made everything easy to understand, and that kind of service is rare.

We installed a high-efficiency boiler about ten years ago but the company went out of business immediately afterwards. We have been looking for someone to service it, but the plumbers who saw it seemed to have no idea how to deal with it; turns out it is not a common home-type boiler. I searched high and low for a knowledgable person to help with this, and Donald at Endless Energy was the guy. He quickly identified the problem, which was that our boiler was a fancy (who knew!) early model of a high efficiency home boiler, which did not find a broad market at the time, not until it was redesigned and lowered in price. So most plumbers had never seen it. Donald's deep experience with boilers of all sorts, and his interest in the industry, enabled him to do the maintenance quickly and efficiently. We were extremely impressed with his really smart assessment of the situation, his professionalism, and his thoroughness. This was by far our best experience with a home repair in 35 years.

great service for a MassSave audit with Markus Atamian with Endless Energy. He was professional, friendly, on time, and thorough. All issues and process steps were clearly defined and explained. Program incentive saved us over $2,500.

We just completed a dual 3-ton Mitsubishi Hyper-Heat system retrofit and have fully switched from gas. I wholeheartedly recommend both the system and Endless Energy to anyone considering this transition.
The variable-speed control built into these units makes the house feel consistently warmer and more comfortable—you basically forget the thermostats even exist (a huge contrast to the on/off cycling of a gas furnace).
As for Endless Energy, I was impressed from start to finish. The sales team was very infomative, and project delivery was equally strong. Hunter and Sirgeo on the installation crew were professional, knowledgeable, and unflappable even when complications arose—for example, they had to completely disassemble the heat exchanger to get it into our attic piece by piece. We also had a tricky outdoor unit placement on a sloped side of the house. The team at Endless Energy delivered!
Couldn’t be happier with the end result!

Had a refrigerant leak in my mini split system, no heat right before a big storm in January. Called up Endless Energy and they scheduled someone to come out for a repair in just three days. Eydin was on time, competent, and professional. He explained the issue and got everything working.

I reached out to this company for an energy audit after noticing higher-than-normal gas bills. They confirmed they would come and even stated that since I was paying the bill, everything was fine. Later, they reversed their stance and said they needed the owner’s alignment and bills for all connected homes. I clarified multiple times that the owner was aligned, but they still didn’t show up for the scheduled visit. When I contacted them again, they repeated new requirements that were never communicated earlier. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and unprofessional.

Expensive service rates, difficult scheduling, and unreliable technicians (I have had no shows more than once). I also believe they screwed up the installation of my heat pump system that required a pricey fix only a year and a half later. I will be steering clear of endless energy in the future.

I am one of the few that do take reviews very serious, if I give you 1 you deserve a 1 and if I give you a 5 you definitely deserve a 5. I got my system installed in October and had a manufacture defect in February. Miscommunication took place between the company and I and it got to the owner he reached out out to me after hours 11:30pm apologizing and did promised that first thing in the morning I was going to heard from the team to get a time frame which was Monday, I told my husband maybe he only promising me
To calm me down, no he was not by Wednesday his team was up replacing my whole system. I am
Sorry I don’t get the technician names but they work all day making sure I was up and running properly. Thanks to them and the Owner Matt. He do value his customers and listen to their cry. As a business owner myself that was a top notch for me. Definitely will be sending more customers your way. Thank you endless energy

Hunter and Mike were above and beyond! Very honest and hardworking! Very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job installing the system at our house! Wish I could give them 10 stars!! Keep up the good work boys, you have a great future ahead of you!! I would also like to thank all the electricians and Nate, for being highly professional 🙏..

During our heat pump installation, several walls had to be cut open. Brian Milo repaired all affected walls and created a false beam to hide some line sets. He did an excellent job; I’m very happy with the results!

Eydin was terrific! We needed to have parts replaced in our heating system. Eydin was careful to explain what he would be doing. He kept us updated as the work progressed and was very kind. Eydin made sure that the heat was working properly after he replace the parts and stayed to be sure that the house warmed up. We have had excellent experiences so far with Endless Energy. Both Gavin and Eydin certainly deserve 5 stars!
