HVAC reviews in Marlborough, Massachusetts

Do not use this company. I saw they had bad reviews but when i called to talk to them, they claim they are new ownership. I got a post card in the mail from them. Stupid me, calling them on that basis. I doubt they are a new business, as i had all same problems as others who complained and gave bad reviews. They are not responsive once they have the sale. I literally called more than a half dozen times over a month period and got no response. They promise to come and don't show up. They promise to send a double crew and don't even send a single. They haven't once showed up in time frame they give. And then when they do show up they leave as soon as i leave! So i come back and nothing, or almost nothing, has been done. I plan on filing a complaint with MASS SAVE. They should not be a registered business to do Mass Save work. They have no responsible chain of command so that when there are problems ,they can be easily rectified. They focus on SALES, not implementation. They've taken in more sales than they can handle, clearly. The sales people are not trained on implementation, so provide incorrect information, which customers rely on in terms of agreeing to the service. . They had no problem coming over to get my initial check in one nano second, but then, they disappeared again. And they have kids (20 year olds) doing the implementation. They left my house a mess, even leaving their coats and soda bottles around, after they left, including a soda bottle on top of my buddha's head! They left for the day and left a ladder in the middle of my living room which fell on my dog. They didn't put furniture back or do any of the basic clean up that a normal contractor would do. And after 4 days of a project that was supposed to take 1.5 days, the condenser is still sitting outside in its box, blocking my walkway in the rain , the work outside and inside has not been finished, and house is a mess inside and out. BUYER BEWARE.

Endless Energy's team, led by project manager Ryan and, on-site, by Javan, did a great job insulation our attic and basement. They worked efficiently, neatly, patiently answered my questions, willingly took care of a few extra small in-scope tasks I requested, and did a great job with cleanup.

Eydin Gomez was very systematic and careful and diagnosed the problems quickly and well. He checked to make sure he corrected the problems and he explained everything clearly. He is a first rate service technician, clearly capable of much more.

Hunter and JT were fabulous in replacing my AC unit. They were friendly and professional. They explained what they were doing as the day progressed. They repeatedly tested the system and thermostat until they were satisfied with their performance. They cleaned up everything thoroughly.
The next day, Rob and Brenden came to clean my ducts. All the accolades I wrote above can be applied to Rob and Brenden as well. Thank you gentlemen!

We had a great experience with Endless Energy. Nick on the sales team was responsive, thorough and explained everything very well. The great service did not end there, James on installation team was competent and delivered ahead of expectations. Lastly, Mike who immediately came out (within 4 hours of calling) to look at what ended up being an unrelated issue, was also great and fixed the problem in an hour! Really impressed with the level of service and workmanship by this team!

Gavin and Garrett did a great job installing the system. They were able to fit it into a tight schedule so the the work could be done before the holidays. Thanks to you both!

Technician, Eydin, did a great job tuning our heat system. He is very professional and customer-oriented. We are very happy with the work he did.

Gavin, the service technician from Endless Energy did an excellent job with our yearly preventative maintenance visit for our mini-split system. He did a thorough job cleaning and inspecting the systems. Gavin also explained the process and steps he was undertaking to do the PM service. He is the BEST service technician we have had from Endless Energy! Highly recommend Gavin for his professionalism and performance of service that exceeded my expectations!!

The tech that were here replacing the system were great. I was just released from hospital from surgery and they would add wood to fireplace as to keep house warm until the completed install. Very respectful I believe it was jam hunter and will where the names of techs here thank you all for getting this installed and running all in 1 day

Travis and José did an awesome job installing the ductless heating / AC in our apartment! They finished the job in a timely manner, were professional / polite, and had a positive demeanor. They clearly knew what they were doing and they kept the place neat as they worked.

Eydin was the technician who came to my house. He did an annual maintenance on my heating system. Patiently showed me how to do a few things on my own and explain to me exactly how my system works. He was on time, professional and very clean. I really appreciated him taking the time to explain how things work on my almost hundred-year-old steam system.

I had my hot water heater flushed out and cleaned and Don Davis was an amazing technician! Unfortunately, I ran late meeting him at my home and he waited patiently and was super polite and friendly. He explained thoroughly what would be entailed with the job along with the recommended maintenance schedule. I will definitely be using endless energy for all of my heating, plumbing, and HVAC needs. Thank you Don for an amazing experience in being a true professional!

Brian the carpenter was wonderful! He is diligent with his work. His attention to detail is second to none and he is truly knowledgeable. Having him do the repair work was a really lucky for us.

Endless Energy did a fine job throughout the process of replacing our old gas furnace and central A/C unit with a heat pump system.
Our first contact was with our account manager, Chad, who gave us a clear and thorough description of the entire process and presented us with several different proposals designed to meet our needs. We had a number of follow-up questions, and Chad patiently answered all of them. Another thing we appreciated about Chad and Endless Energy is that they took the lead in preparing the paperwork for the Mass Save heat loan and rebate, which saved us a ton of time and aggravation. Other companies we spoke with would have pretty much left us to fend for ourselves.
In terms of the installation, James, Zach, and the other members of the installation crew performed professionally and were a pleasure to deal with. We had one concern about the placement of a line leading to the outside unit, and it was addressed immediately and to our complete satisfaction.
The crew members did a good job of explaining how our new system worked, but we naturally had a few follow-up questions after the fact. We also needed a couple of adjustments to the thermostat’s settings and had one minor issue with the installation. Matt in Quality Control promptly came to our home, took care of everything for us, and answered all of our questions.
To sum up, we were very happy with Endless Energy from start to finish and highly recommend them.

Hunter and JT installed my new heat pump. They were very professional throughout the entire process.They were punctual and worked diligently. They completely cleaned up after themselves, showed me how my new thermostat works, set me up with the app, and answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend them!

We received an on-site visit and discussion on 11/13/25 regarding installation of a heat pump water heater. The technician told us we would receive a quote the next day. However, as of 12/15/25, we still have not received any proposal, despite calling the company at least three times. Each time, we were told the message would be forwarded, but there was no follow-up.

Based on this experience, communication after the site visit was very poor. It appears that smaller projects may not be a priority. If your project is not a large or high-profit job, be prepared for significant delays or no response.

Eydin Gomez is very professional and friendly employee. He did a fantastic job cleaning our two heat/AC units. I would highly recommend his services to others. He was also very personable and answered any questions I had.

I contracted endless energy to install a hybrid heating and cooling system in my house this summer. Due to the age and layout of my house we went with fully ducted upstairs and downstairs. It took about 2 weeks for the team to setup and install everything- roughly from the late-middle of July to the start of August.

In terms of pricing, endless energy was much more reasonable than many other companies we received quotes from. They were often significantly cheaper-their price for full ductwork was only slightly more than other companies quotes for minisplit/wallunits. Also, I appreciated that they handle the masssave rebate process themselves and automatically deduct it from the costs. I’ve heard horror stories from people whose paperwork got lost or misfiled and that lost them their rebate; so it was nice to not have to worry about that. I’d like to specifically mention and praise Nick Sherman, who worked with us to get our quote. He was fantastically helpful throughout the process and was incredibly accommodating in working around our parental leave schedules.

As mentioned above, the work took about 2 weeks and was done by the team of Anthony Bullens, Gage Conroy-LaBoeuf, and Cameron Nolette. They did excellent work and worked incredibly hard to get the job done as rapidly as possible. This was especially notable as they were doing the attic work in >90° July weather.

I’d review the materials used but I lack the technical expertise to do so. I can say that, despite what I read online, the Bryant outdoor unit has not been a significant source of noise.

On the customer service side, I’d say there were times that communications got a bit scrambled/lost in rounds of back-and-forth. I think that was largely due to July/august being a busy time of year for them and a specific issue discussed more below.

Their commitment to ensuring I was satisfied with the job is especially commendable. As with any type of job like this, there were a few issues that popped up shortly after the job ended and endless energy had people there within a few days to help fix and diagnose the issues. One issue was particularly difficult to figure out (and was the cause of the back-and-forth mentioned above) but they continued to assist us long after the initial job was completed until we found a working solution.

I would strongly recommend endless energy for electrifying heating/cooling systems and I would recommend the specific people listed above be requested as point-people for any such projects

This review is only for Brad Shuker, who came all the way to Chestnut Hill to see our home and advise on options for installing mini-split heat-pump systems. I consulted 4 HVAC contractors, since it's a big project and a game changer for our old house. We did not hire Endless Energy since their offer came in second place.

But I wanted to commend Brad for his professional knowledge and experience, his diligence, patience and discipline. He examined our home methodically, took pictures and measurements for calculations, responded to my numerous emails quickly (even on a weekend), was open minded to consider different options and adjust the quote.

The quotes were sent as links by email, each one opened into a detailed description and specs, where you can compare options. That is much better than some other contractors, who just email you a PDF. The photos here are my sketches for the layout; none of the contractors I consulted provided graphic images.

This company is well established, organized and professional, recommended !

Eydin was knowledgeable and very respectful of my tenant's residence and property. What a pleasure it was to work with him. I would certainly be calling Endless Energy again if I had any future issues.
