Outstanding customer service. I am not currently a contract customer and was in desperate need of oil. They were exceptional and kind when I called and quickly got me on their schedule for delivery. I live on a steep hill, and as a divorced mom doing my best to learn how to use a snowblower on a brick driveway.. It's not always the easiest to get up. I do my best with the rock salt to keep it clean.Their driver not only made it up smoothly, he was shocked at how worried I was that I thought he couldn't! He was kind and friendly and very helpful in letting me know the services Lakeside provides as well. I can't get over how incredible they all were, especially on short notice, before a storm and crazy cold front.. they were courteous and quick to help! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping my family stay warm on such short notice!!
