The team was super responsive to the needs I had which was a burnt-out electrical box outside the house. When Whitman built our townhome last summer they never told us that their build out plans were modified and the dinette light was no longer centered between the windows but centered in the space.
It is now centered where we assumed it would be (same as the model unit).
If you're in need of a great electrician, who also mounted our ceiling fans and tv/soundbar over the fireplace we HIGHLY recommend Rob Thomas from Marshfield Electric Co. He does great work, took great care in measuring for the move of the light fixture and even gave us a temporary cover to patch the hole until we can get it repaired.
