Used them for the Liquor Store I manage. The floors were amazing. Stripped and cleaned and polished. They did interior and exterior windows. Complete transformations and my customers noticed it right away. Will always use their services. Highly recommended!

Fabulous service. I would highly recommend her company and her staff to anyone. Very professional, consistent staff that do a great job on my floors /home and are also lovely to my dogs. Our company has been using Boston Quality Cleaning Services, Inc. since August of 2017 when we relocated from another city. They are willing to do whatever you want. They always go above and beyond. We have been extremely happy with the services we have received.

Boston Quality Cleaning Services has provided excellent service for Cataldo Ambulance Service. They maintain two office buildings for us with weekly cleanings. The staff is very professional and attentive to detail. They are willing to accommodate any special requests. Jean is responsive to any issues that may arise and has been willing to provide any special services, (i.e. deep carpet cleanings, window washing, etc.). We are very pleased with their service.

We've been using Boston Quality Cleaning Services since 2007. They have always been responsive and affordable. We moved offices in 2015, and we added their snow removal services. It's great using vendors you can rely upon to do a great job.

All services are great and the owner (Jean) is very responsive, honest, hard working and great at communicating with us - even during difficult times when our condo changed management companies. I used Boston Quality Cleaning Services, Inc. when I needed a cleaning company on an as-needed basis for my work. We have construction jobs all over the Boston & New England area and often rent offices or have trailers for management to work out of during the duration of the job, which is usually bridges or roadwork. Boston Quality was excellent to deal with, even during issues on OUR end with our door locking system. They were always able to fit me in, even with short notice and we were very happy with services provided. I will be using them for any offices or trailers that I need cleaned on upcoming jobs in the area. They come out to give free estimates and are on time & professional. They worked with our invoicing system and communicate quickly and efficiently via email. Couldn't recommend them more!

Boston Quality has impeccable communication, which we find incredibly important to our unique cleaning needs. Their responses are prompt, friendly, considerate and fair. This can only be topped by their remarkable attention to detail and their cleaning services. We have a very tricky property to clean (many lever and odd access hours) and they have managed to let me forget that I have ever had an issue with onsite cleaning. Overall ok, but would not hire them again, sorry. I was expecting a deep cleaning before moving in (and the place was not that dirty to start with!) for what I paid and insetad was quite superficial and less then what I had asked for: I ended up cleaning the fridge and microwave myself for example. Given the house was not very dirty at all, I expected them (and had asked them) to clean inside cupboard and appliances. Disappointing. I imagine I could have called back and have them come back again.

The team that cleans our home are great. They are professional , thoughtful, and thorough. We are very particular with how we expect our home to be and they exceed our expectations every time. Thank you all for doing such a great job.
