Update Nov 2023:
I received a call back from the management only after posting this one star review online which I guess got their attention. The team eventually arrived about 2.5 hours late. When I received the call from management there was no explanation as to why no one answered the phones, or why the team was 2.5 hours late. The company charged me for a 2 hour clean as opposed to the three hour clean I booked as a consolation.

I’m changing this review from one star to three stars because the service itself from the team was excellent, which is how I remember the service being when I used this company a couple years back under different ownership.

Nov 2023: Never showed for appointment made online despite receiving multiple reminder emails from
the company. No one answers the phone number (rings to a generic vm inbox) provided on company website or email listed.

Premium Q movers are reliable, efficient and trustworthy. I have a had them a handle a number of moves with the last being a large and complex one. Their pricing was competitive and their service was tremendous. I highly recommend them!

PQ Cleaners are fantastic. They always come on time and when they leave your house is sparkling. They also organize items in your house and set up your pillows/blankets in a very unique/cool way! The best part is the service is very affordable. I give them a 10/10!

PQ did a great job cleaning up my apartment. They are extremely thorough and are very friendly to communicate with. They are also upfront with their prices and don't upcharge. 10/10 Will use again.

I live 40 minutes away and I would not go with any other cleaning service! The PQ team is amazing! Always going above and beyond and always amazing me with the quality and care of their work. I even gifted my sister their services for Christmas. They are extremely accommodating and genuinely provide the best results.

The young ladies are always careful, helpful, cheerful and many other positive values. I have a big home and am handicapped. I have had P&Q help me for a couple of years now. In that time I have had the good fortune to have a few different teams clean my home. Each team is diligent and all the adjectives i started this review with.

My floors are sparkling as are my appliances and counters in the kitchen, the fixtures in my three bathrooms are clean and sanitary and my three bedrooms look ready for important guests. The family room, living and dining rooms are spotless. The very large four season porch, office, and even (upon occasion) the finished basement are all a tranquil oasis when they are finished. I have never been disappointed in the work done.

The young ladies always ask if there is anything special I want them to do when they arrive and ask if there is anything I want done when they are finished.

As you can see, I am happy with P & Q cleaners. I have, through the years, had many other cleaning services with mixed results... some were very good (they moved), and some were not as fastidious.

I rarely post reviews. PQ Cleaning and Organization is AMAZING! I've been using them for approximately a year and have been very happy with their work. Cosmina is very responsive and accommodating. Great cleaning company. I would highly recommend to friends and family.

I love this cleaning service! The housecleaners that show up each time are so sweet and diligent and pleasant to be around. And they do a fabulous job! They gift us with a clean place Plus great energy. And they are reliable and trustworthy. I highly recommend PQ.

We hired PQ Cleaning to deep clean our new home before moving in, and we were very pleased with the service. First, PQ was the only service available to come on a Saturday out of five companies I called for a quote. The process of setting the time/date was quick and easy and communication was great. On the day of the service, they arrived right on time and finished the job in the time estimated. They were extremely thorough and professional. I would absolutely recommend them for move-in/move-out cleaning.

PQ is fantastic, reliable and well-priced cleaning service! Their staff, including Mabel and Rousy, are friendly, efficient, and kind to my dogs. We are so delighted and recommend them to everyone!

Started using PQ and it's been a few months - very happy with the quality of the cleaning, and they send us a pair of courteous cleaners (though often their english is a bit limited but sufficient for cleaning) so they're all done in 2 hours which is nice for ~2000 sqft of living space. I decided to try them due to their pricing vs. our previous company and we have been happy with PQ. Highly recommend!

It was my first time using PQ but certainly will not be my last. They assisted w cleaning my condo as my tenant moved out and they did a fantastic job. They were reasonably priced and gave me a promo as I was a new customer. The ladies who came were punctual, professional and thorough. I was extremely satisfied w their service and would highly recommend to anyone looking for cleaners.

I rely heavily on reviews myself. Based on the reviews for this provider, I chose them. My experience was entirely consistent with the others. This is an outstanding company. I would highly recommend them. I will certainly use them in the future. This provider is so good that I wish that I could provide seven stars. The two young ladies are very good. The youngest has been cleaning my home for about two years. They are so diligent and detail oriented. I’ve also asked them to clean certain things such as a sofa which was stained by a contractor. The sofa looks perfect. They will go out of their way to make the customer happy. The owner/manager is also very nice to interact with.

I’ve been using PQ for about 4 years, and they are great. The price is reasonable for the area, and in just two hours, they make my apartment sparkle!

The cleaners are friendly, detail-oriented, and have never damaged my items. I do 1x a month cleanings, but I wish I could have them come every week. They bring all their own equipment and cleaning supplies with them, which is a plus.

Scheduling/payment is pretty easy to set up online, though I wish there was a way to see farther out into the future than the next cleaning. I do like to leave a cash tip for the cleaners. It’s easy to change a time/date if needed. The owners of the business are quick to respond to texts, and I’ve only had positive interactions with them.

Overall I would definitely recommend them!

Excellent communication through email and text. The cleaners were punctual, very pleasant and did a thorough job. The apartment was sparkling and smelled great! I highly recommend Premier Quality Cleaning.

We've been using PQ Cleaning & Organizing for several years and couldn't be more satisfied! We trust the people who come to our home weekly to dust, clean the floors and bathrooms, and wipe things down. If they have time, they'll vacuum the couch or clean the fridge or oven.

It's easy for me to text or call the owner about billing, scheduling or special requests. They take notes in my computer profile about various preferences and requests. This is really helpful because the people who come may vary from week to week (rotating between about 5-6 people).

Billing is done automatically from my credit card and I'm emailed a receipt. I do, however, leave a cash tip for whoever comes.

I trust all of the people who come to our home. We sometimes have them come when we're not home, or leave while they're still cleaning. On a couple occasions, they honestly pointed out things that need repair or replacing, which I genuinely appreciate.

One of the things that I absolutely love about PQ Cleaning & Organizing is the owners' commitment to their employees. They ensure that work is distributed fairly, they have transportation, supplies, and uniforms (including winter coats).

Speaking of supplies, they are flexible about the work they do or tools they use. For example, I prefer that a particular spray mop with floor cleaner be used. I provide that myself, but they use whatever they provide on the counters or in the bathroom.

I have used PQ cleaning services few times in the last 3-4 yrs and have always had the best experience. They do a very good job cleaning and it’s easy to schedule them online through their website. Their scheduling department is well run with prompt response when I had to reschedule an appointment. Lucy on the phone was very friendly and helpful!! They take pride in their service and care about their customer’s experience. Highly recommend their services for cleaning!!! :)

Quick to respond and able to help in a pinch. Even though cleaners had once been through, it needed more cleaning. Especially after hardwood floor refinishing, there was dust everywhere. They were able to refresh the place and give it a fresh start.

They do a fantastic job and are very responsive.
