We needed a new air conditioner unit installed after our 23-year old unit failed and KBS came through with a fair price, beating out other quotes. The folks who installed it were very professional and we were super pleased with the result. Would recommend KBS to anyone needing to replace their own AC unit.

We’ve been with KBS since 2021 when we had our complete heating and cooling HVAC system replaced. Service Tech Chris S just completed the annual Fall furnace maintenance and did a great job. From the time he arrived until the time he departed he was on time, professional, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful with a potential problem. He answered all our questions, performed the maintenance and tested the furnace to verify there was no problem and that it operated efficiently.
