I have been using twins services for a few years so far, they have been great, first time i used them after receiving a really high heating bill on my old outdated system i had, i called them and shortly after they replaced my system and my bills went significantly lower the following month. After that had issues with my old condenser outside, Twins services came by, diagnosed the system and were able to fix my air conditioning problem same day. I also used their services on installation of new hvac ductwork and ventilation a few years ago on a project and never had any issues since.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone i know and have been doing that many times already. I am happy to have a company contact like this one and able to call them anytime i have a problem with my heating or cooling!

We changed the AC, the indoor furnace and took down the wall between the kitchen and the living room. The main issue was that both the supply and return ductwork were running through this wall and needed to be completely relocated. We had multiple specialists review the project, but once the owner came to give an estimate, I realized I wanted to work with them.

Many others came and said either they don’t do ductwork or that it was too complicated because of the location and limited space or gave unrealistic price. Vadim is awesome! He is truly a heat pump expert and will be the first person I call for HVAC work in the future. We were having extremely high electricity bills in a house we recently moved into. Vadim immediately diagnosed low refrigerant in both units, then tracked down and replaced a leaking schrader valve that probably caused the issue. He also found that the backup resistive heater in our downstairs air handler had partially burnt out, and our attic filter needed replacement. He works quickly, knows exactly what he is doing, and charged a fair price for a lot of work to get our system back in great shape.

Schulz & Sons is outstanding. Our experience with Schulz & Sons is first rate. I am the House Chair of a congregation. My goal was to revamp our antiquated heating system in a 100 year old building with an energy efficient, multi-zoned system that we could (1) afford, (2) would pay for itself in four years or less, and (3) save us funds over the long run. Several contractors walked away from the project. Others said my goals were too ambitious given the existing constraints imposed by our older building. Chip Schulz worked with me and we achieved all three goals.

Efficient and thorough are the two words I'd use to describe the work of KBS. From initial estimate to completed installation of two upstairs split system heat pumps (took only one day), the work was done neatly.

KBS installed a new central AC system in our house in August 2015. We chose a unit for the 1st floor with duct work and blower in the basement, and a unit for the 2nd floor with duct work and blower in the attic. The whole KBS team was wonderful - the sales staff, duct work installers, and outside equipment installers. All nice, respectful, super clean work, on-time, etc. Duct work in both basement and attic looks great, does not impede on the functional areas, and was clearly well thought-out. Quality work at a great price. I highly recommend KBS!
