The owner came for an initial look at my property, but I never got an actual estimate for the work. I emailed them twice and called, and I was told I would be at the top of the list, but never heard back. Very disappointing!

I have been using Kelly's Landscaping for spring and fall clean ups and mowing my lawn since moving to Franklin two years ago. When a neighbor's tree fell and crushed my fence, they sent the guys over to cut up the tree and stack the wood for me. When I asked about the other trees that were concerning to me, he quickly recommended a local tree company to take down a couple of large pine trees. They regraded a section of the yard and seeded it for me. They have been responsive to all of my questions and his team has done an excellent job of keeping my yard looking great!

Was told I’d have a quote within a week after Mike came out. Had to chase them down for weeks for a follow up and they ended up blowing me off twice. Very flaky.

I’ve used Kelly’s Landscaping for a couple years now. They are reliable and do a good job. I love the clean lines after mowing. They also do spring and fall cleanups for me and the edging and mulching they do is spot on. This summer I had them rebuild stairs up to my pool area and I am thrilled with the results. Prices are reasonable and I like being able to pay online. Overall I highly recommend.

Kelly’s Landscaping has mowed, weeded and mulched our yard for the past 15 years. They also do the annual spring and fall cleanup. Several years ago they installed a beautiful fire pit and curved seating wall in our backyard. The mowing crews are professional and polite. Mike Kelly (the owner) is very attentive to my annual mowing and planting requests. For example, if we host a party or BBQ, Mike always sends a crew the day before to mow, edge and weed. Marianne works in the office and she keeps everyone organized. She responds to emails promptly and she’s an absolute delight to deal with!

I was having an outdoor family function and called on Kelly's to mulch a large yard with many beds. They accommodated my request to complete the job before my function and did a great job. The crew was polite and very professional.

Recently had my house power washed. Crew was fantastic. Owner came out and walked the property at my request as I have had issues with a prior company, crew did the same when they arrived. Kelly also does my grass cutting and plowing. Would highly recommend for all services.

I have done my own yardwork for my entire life, I hate the idea of paying someone to do something I can do myself for a fraction of the cost.

Well this spring was just way too crazy and I lost weekends with weddings, dance recitals, softball games, work travel and more. I knew it would kill me to come home and see it looking neglected... so I called 3 places looking for a quote for just mulching. Kelly's is the only company that quoted what I wanted. The prices was probably double what it would have cost me to do it myself, so I figured why not.

I met with Mike, walked the yard and outlined everything I needed done, and what I could take care of myself. A few days later, a team swarmed the house and got right to work, and they were here for hours. The ammount of hours spent in the yard on that one day was so much more time than i'm ever able to give to the yard. They went so far above and beyond anything I have ever done myself. The yard looked great, probably the best it has ever looked. I don't think that i will ever edge or mulch again.

I’ve been waiting 2 weeks for an estimate after someone has already been out to the property and said the estimate will be delivered by end of day. Ive followed up through email and phone. Their receptionist is very responsive but whatever is going on in the background to send the estimate does not seem to be working. Not worth chasing down, there’s plenty of other landscapers.

I found Kelly’s Landscaping to be easy to work with and affordable.

I had issues with the slope of my yard and run off. They came in with a reasonable price, fixed the drainage issue in the backyard and addressed the cosmetic issues in the front yard.

They removed rocks, regraded, added loam and reseeded.

Both front and back are now much more usable and look so much better!

Kelly's Landscaping redid my entryway staircase and stone work around the foundation of my house, and they did an INCREDIBLE job! Then, they came back and redid our garden beds and the front of our home looks brand new! Our home is 100 years old and when we moved into it almost 4 years ago we knew we'd have to invest to improve our curb appeal and we're so happy that we did it with Kelly's!

This business put in walkway. They worked hard and did a nice job. Unfortunately, they didn't finish it off with polymeric sand and seal the job as was promised. If they did that it would have a show piece.

Mark Wenzel and his team did an amazing job for us, building retaining walls along our driveway, rebuilding our driveway with beautiful stone pavers, and landscaping everything when construction was complete. I can't say enough good things about Wenzel. The whole team was terrific!
