Our deep clean was just what we needed as we prepared to welcome our first tenants. Our weekly cleanings were all done very well and done on time. We could always ask for special attention to this or that spot. Cleaners were polite every week

The team did a great job but they didn’t take out the full trash in the kitchen. Do they usually take the trash?

We used Cross for window washing and exterior house washing recently. They broke a window in the process and refused to own up to it, telling us it was broken when they arrived (as if we wouldn't have noticed!!). They made up lies about it, refused to give us their insurance info, and now we're stuck fixing the window that they broke. If I could give less than one star I would. Do not use this dishonest company.

Just had Cross visit for the first time and do windows and power washing. Amazing experience! Marcio and the crew were phenomenal! They were so thorough and professional! Great experience and will definitely be a repeat customer! Thank you!!

This was terrible service. They used leaf blowers to clean the gutters making a mess all over my yard and side of the house. Complete slobs! Some examples below.

Crew didn't get there till 2:00, still moving supplies in at 2:07pm. 2 people. Our guests are due to check in at 3:00. So they have to wait. Not a good start for their vacation. Tried calling the office several times. No answer. Emailed. Got a response that there were 4 people at the house and that it was finished 20 minutes ago. Problem is, we have a ring camera. They are NOT done, there were only 2 people, they are still there. So I don't know how the cleaning is. I hope it's good. The last cleaning they missed a lot of things. Not off to a great start.

The cleaning seemed rushed. Many basis things were not done. For example, didn’t dust upstairs window sills, missed cleaning some stainless steel in kitchen, I don’t think the kitchen sink was cleaned.

Cross Services is a top drawer company. Personalized in every sense. I love know they are taking care of whatever I ask them to do for me. It’s always done perfectly. You just cannot get a better place for what they provide!

Cross Services has rescued me from 2 disastrous floods in my basement. The first was a groundwater flood, and the second was a burst hot water tank. They provide the whole spectrum of services from the drying out to the replacement of the hot water tank to the cleanup and repair. Chip and his team were super responsive, reasonable, and professional, highly recommend!!!
