The booking was made for cleaning to start at 9am so I could safely arrange fo somebody to be there ar that time to let the crew in
So I'm questioning why I got an email at approx 930am saying the cleaning was complete - for a whole 2 storey house>

The guys need to walk around the house after they blow the leaves out of the gutters. Blowing them out causes a mess. I had to ask them to blow the back deck. There was a mess on some of the sills which I had to clean. Not as polished job as it should have been

My experience with Cross Services Group has been exceptional in every way. The power washing was so perfect it did not even disturb any older paint. The carpentry and canopy set up were impeccable. Every person was a pleasure to deal with.

The 2-man team at Cross Services did an amazing job of not only cleaning our cluttered, dirty and large basement, including sweeping and then mopping the floors with sanitizer, but also cleaning the wall surfaces, even the ceiling, utility room and shop! They were very professional, diligent, polite and accommodating as a number of boxes, bins and furniture needed to be moved to clean the floors. They were very good at reorganizing, too by relocating (and they asked me where I’d like to move items), then stacking our piles and stacks of boxes, bins, and other floor items to create considerably more floor space and “open up” the basement. They disposed of all dirt and garbage and debris, so it now feels like we can use our basement again for other purposes beside storage. I highly recommend them for you cleaning needs.

I have used Cross services House cleaning services for quite a while. They ar3e very professional, punctual , and have great attention to detail. A crew is only as good as it's leader, and Grace, the manager of the cleaning crews, is a great leader.

Service came about an hour late but not really a big deal. 2 person crew, fairly fast service, however a few minutes after starting I heard a large bang and turns out one person dropped their leaf blower from the roof and smashed onto my patio, spilling gas everywhere!
Service was good otherwise but this is really dangerous and fortunately no one got hurt.

Worth every penny! So glad I had a nursery chair and a stair runner protected, especially with a baby with belly trouble. The protective layer has made clean ups that I can handle easier, and under the 5-year warranty the team has come out same day/next day to help with any messes that did not wipe away with a dry cloth.

I have now used Timmons for about a year and could not be happier with the service and quality of customer service. They come out within the hour and usually quicker when there is a doggie barf or stain that needs attention. I had the rugs cleaned then signed up for the contract to clean spots when called. I have had to call them a couple of times and within 30 minutes they show. Very professional, masks, booties, and respectful as can be in treating my home. Each service representative has been amazing. I am so happy I found Timmins and would recommend them to all!

I thought it would be impossible to get our carpets really clean (think pets, outdoorsy family etc.). Our carpets now look almost brand-new.
