They scheduled my appointment quickly, even coming the same day I called. I appreciated the polite text letting me know when they were on their way. Evan and Todd not only reinstalled the carpet that needed to be pulled up, but also did an amazing job deep cleaning the whole area. Both of them were courteous and clearly took pride in their work. It’s great to see people who truly care about doing a great job. I will absolutely use this company for carpet cleaning again!

These were the most unprofessional con artists I have ever come across.
They quoted me one price and quadrupled it when they came to my house.
I specifically asked them to make sure one area was clean and they completely ignored it.
When I called them back they said they never even knew who I was they never came to my house etc.
These are just some young men I wouldn't even call them men who are out to steal your money.
Nickel and diming for everything.
My old carpet cleaner retired and he did an amazing job for a very reasonable price.
These conmen have no integrity no ethics and will charge you close to $700 for something that should have been less than $ 100.
It was disgraceful for them to not even be customer friendly when I told them that they promised to clean an area that they didn't, by saying to me " I don't know who you are I never came to your house"
I called the Better Business bureau and I'm hoping that these con men get stopped.

I was told on the phone the cost of the cleaning was 95$ however when the young man arrived he said there’s 3 different options, I went with the steam/shampoo cleaning obviously because that’s why I called them originally, which was 330$. I figured it was alright but then he literally spent 15 minutes cleaning my giant sectional couch and then left saying the stains would come out when the couch dried. They did not. I contacted another carpet cleaning company who said I had gotten scammed and that based on the size of my couch it is a 2-3 hour job. I’ll attach a photo of what the couch looks like now. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
