Michael and Monique were awesome! This was our first experience using a professional cleaner and they knocked it out of the park. They were responsive, on time, and very efficient. Our apartment looks great and you can tell the attention to detail they put into making sure everything was taken care of. I highly recommend using Maid Pro for your cleaning services and I look forward to using them again in the future!

We had MaidPro do a deep clean after one of out tenants moved out of a rental property. The house was so dirty I was almost embarrassed to have someone come in to clean it!!!!! Mike and Monique always check their team's performance and they often come and work alongside their team members. They also do extras to keep customers satisfied. MaidPro Needham is the perfect cleaning service for people who always did all their own housework until age or disabilities made that too burdensome. The Pros are efficient and reliable, and follow the customer's preferences, for example not to use scented products. I am comfortable having them come in and clean in my absence. The cost is very reasonable, and the customer can be confident that MaidPro employees are treated fairly rather than overworked and underpaid.

We recently moved into a new house, and our basement was in rough shape—very dusty, full of spider webs, and with a few appliances that hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. I reached out to MaidPro for a deep clean, and I’m so glad I did.

Monique and David went above and beyond today! When a telephone pole completely unexpectedly fell down in my driveway and the whole street was blocked off, they found a way to still get to my house!!

They did an amazing job cleaning my house, they were thorough and efficient. I was amazed they even cleaned my blinds, which I know were in rough shape.

Monique and her two colleagues did a decent job on what was a dirty 2/2 house. I ended up paying 500 dollars for a 2.5 hour job. They were flexible with a tough schedule but tacking on more at the end did not feel right. Some trash was left behind but they were nice otherwise.
