Zach was knowledgeable, responsive and courteous and fixed my plumbing issue promptly. He communicated with me throughout the process to let me know when the parts would arrive, and when the service would be scheduled. I had a great experience with Yellow Dog!

I had a great experience with Zach who replaced my boiler’s auto fill valve. He was efficient, knowledgeable and responsive to all my questions (in person and over text). He even came back for a follow up just to reassure me everything was in good working order. Highly recommend!

Luis and Oseas were fantastic. I’ve never legitimately “enjoyed” working with an HVAC company but they were super friendly and genuinely cared to explain and show me everything. Very happy i found them and will be using them for all things heating and cooling in the future!

Eric came to fix our garbage disposal. After receiving some hilarious quotes from other companies, Yellow Dog sent a Master Plumber who spent 15 minutes here. Managed to restore our disposal and faith in humanity for a very reasonable fee.

We came back from vacation and were shocked when our pipes broke and our basement flooded. I reached out to Yellow Dog immediately after my usual plumber couldn’t make it, and I was so glad Jeff was able to come within 2 hours. Problem solved, had great service, and we love to support small businesses!

My first time using Yellow dog. It was for a disposal install. Went flawlessly. Jeff was professional, knowledgable, and friendly. He took a few minutes to explain what was going on and finished the job quickly and throughly. Probably the best plumbing experience I've had. Would highly recommend them.

All systems were turned off in our house but we woke up with heat blasting out of our radiators regardless and Luis from Yellow Dog was able to come a few hours later. Luis took his time to carefully investigate and walked us through every possible/potential reason why we had heat without the heat on (likely a faulty sensor). He was a true professional and we would ask for him to come back again if needed!

Also would like to give a special shoutout to Nick, Antonio and everyone else who assisted with the installation of our brand new central air system this summer! We truly appreciate all of your hard work and for teaching us so much about our new/first home ever!

The plumbing team — Zach and a young man whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch — were extremely careful, detail-oriented, and dedicated. Their work was methodical and well-organized, demonstrating real professionalism.

The HVAC team — Jack, Hiagho, and Louis — were friendly and responsible. They took my questions seriously and explained things clearly. At times, they had to work outdoors in snow and harsh weather, yet they still completed all planned tasks on schedule.

Our home had had several plumbing leaks, so we called YellowDog. After I made the appointment, the owner texted me asking if this was an emergency so he could get someone out quickly. It wasn’t an emergency but the attention to customer service was notable. Yellow Dog’s Eric and Billy came and came up with a solution that, along with our new water filter, seemed to have corrected the problem. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Working with Eric & Billy from the Yellow Dog team has been a seamless experience. Came on time promptly and got the job done. Had a gas dryer removed and a new one installed without issues. Flexible and able to work with another team on the job, would recommend!

Needed a fast assessment on a broken residential waste line. Zach and Jaisson visited quickly, identified the problem, provided a quote for replacement, and then followed up promptly to perform the work. They were highly professional, diligent, polite, and cleaned up the area nicely. I now have them on speed dial. I recommend them without reservation.

Impressed by this plumbing/heating/cooling company, specifically Zach and Jaisson! Our first time hiring them given that our regular service company was fully booked for 3 weeks till the day before Christmas. We took a chance with Yellow Dog and were not disappointed! Scheduling was super easy. They came the next day, even though we explained it was Not an emergency, only a maintenance. We were having an issue with our boiler unequally distributing the heat throughout the house. Zach quickly diagnosed the issue and bypassed it to restore equal heat in all areas of the house (this was free of charge). Then they offered three different options for maintenance services with no obligations, to perform on a different date. We went with the comprehensive plan, a maintenance needed every couple of years. Again, second appointment was super easy to schedule, they were ready to come in within 2 days.
Zach and Jaisson were ON TIME (we received email/text when they were on their way), and finished ON TIME (8-10am). Professional, answered all questions in detail with clear explanations in-person by the boiler. Everything was as clean or even cleaner after they left. We received a detailed report file following the service by email with photos of before and after boiler cleaning.
Super impressed, would highly recommend, definitely a 5-Star service! Thank you Zach and Jaisson!! Thank you Yellow Dog!! will definitely hire again!!

Eric and Billy from Yellow Dog were great!! They both provided excellent service with replacing our tankless water heater. We are very happy with our services. We will use them in the future and will be recommending them to family and friends.
