We have had great experience with the repair of a gas clothes dryer that we initially thought was in need of replacement. It’s still functional at an efficient level several years later. More recently we needed to quickly replace a dish washer. We got a good deal on a Whirlpool replacement that was delivered and installed in a timely manner.

The men in the office were rude, communication was poor, and they charged two separate credit card without authorization (once after we asked them to take our card OFF file - not that we gave them permission to keep it in the first place). After nine visits two months and $1300 the Leibherr icemaker still doesn't work. Giving up!

Customer service are very rude. They came for not even 5 min to look at the oven and then they took more then 1 month after multiple phone call to tell me that they can’t fix my oven because they can’t tell which model my oven is. Worst experience and definitely not recommended.

The team was quick to respond and send someone out to look at our ice machine. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to not only resolve the issue but also explain what the cause was. They had to order a part but it arrived quickly and they were back onsite within a week to get it installed. They will be my first call for any appliance issues moving forward.

Broken dishwasher in a third floor apartment. Needham Fixit Guys quickly diagnosed the issue - needed a replacement. They bought it, installed it and hauled off the old one. Easy peasy (at least for me). These guys are great!

Huseyn from Neighborfix Appliance Service was easy to get ahold of and was able to come the next day to take a look at my Maytag dryer. He arrived right on time. He found the issue right away and showed me which parts needed to be replaced. I appreciated that, and that he explained to me why. He had the necessary parts with him and was able to fix it while he was there in about an hour for a very reasonable price. I had used another company to fix my washer a few months ago, and they had to come look at it, order the part, and then come back another day and they charged me an outrageous amount of money. I will definitely use Neighborfix Appliance again in the future. I wish I had found them sooner. I highly recommend!
