Huseyn was great throughout the entire process. When I submitted the job he called me within a few minutes. We scheduled a time and he showed up a few minutes early. He figured out that the control board on my washer had an issue within 5 minutes of looking at the machine. He let me know how much everything would cost and we agreed to proceed with the repair. When the part came in he came next day and repaired it. He even found a way to fix a tricky issue that we were having trouble with. Will call him again anytime. Definitely recommend!

Huseyn was good and knowledgeable in deciding what to do with basement chain switch which wasn't working right. He also had better duct tape for the exterior cover to block cold air. All done in short amount of time. So glad he was available to take care of it right away! Highly recommend

Came out the next day to assess my dryer and washer. Found the problem and quickly fixed washer and cleaned vent for dyer.

He is a good guy, I called him, he came same day, and fixed the dishwasher right away. He charged better rate than other companies and gives the warranty for his job. Strongly Recommended

Our experience with Boston Alarm was great from the start. They were able to schedule the job on short notice and got everything done beyond our expectations. They also have a real person answer the phone when you call which is great. Will definitely be using their services for future needs!

Boston Alarm is doing a good-size fire alarm job for me in Dorchester. They are the best subs I have had on this project so far. The owner is responsive and made sure everybody was on the same page before we got started. The crew is hardworking and knowledgeable and they clearly care to get things done right.

Just as important, especially with fire alarm work, they also do a good job in dealing with the administrative end of the job (permits, engineers, BFD etc.) And their price was among the most competitive I got out of 3 bids. As of 11/22 the company's website is not great but that's not a good representation of the company. Highly recommended.
