One word, unbelievable! My heat was not working on my Navien tank less combo. Zack came out, diagnosed the problem within minutes. About a hour later we had heat. This is the second time we have used him and will continue to do so in the future

Highly recommend Zack at Needham Plumbing and Heating. Our tankless hot water system developed a gas leak, our current service company wasn’t responsive enough so started making calls and Zack returned my call promptly, knew the nature of the problem immediately, came out to inspect the system, provided quotes for repair vs replace and we decided to go with a new system. He was able fit us in a timely fashion, did the work himself and his attention to detail and passion for his work was very apparent. Fair pricing, quality work, will plan to use him for all of our future plumbing and heating needs.

Had a major fail with a cracked main waste pipe (iron) from a 2nd floor bathroom. Called Needham Plumbing and Heating, Zack came, took a hard look at the situation and signed on for the repair! This was no easy fix, it involved cutting through the cast iron pipe and removing sections. All was encased behind a two story closed-in plumbing chase. He arranged for demo help as we had to remove the ceiling in a downstairs half bath. He upgraded the connections to the tub, re-set a toilet and made sure that everything was tight with no leaks! This was beyond exceptional work, done quickly with good communication and the repair will last another lifetime. Highest recommendation.

After almost 2 weeks without a shower and being ignored by my usual plumber, I called Zack and he came out and gave me a reasonable estimate to literally remove part of a ceiling & a closet wall - He came out ON TIME as promised, and repaired the bathtub drain and the wall pipes below- He ensured nothing was leaking, and water drained smoothly - I would highly recommend him for any plumbing job - I will be using him again in the future and would recommend him to friends!

Needham Plumbing is amazing! They answered my call, told me they would be there the next morning, showed up when they said they would AND fixed our broken tank chain thing in less than 10 minutes. Very professional, great communication, would 100% recommend. 10/10

Will be recommending Zack to all of my friends and family. When our hot water stopped working on a Friday night, Zack called me back immediately, had me show him video and images of our unit, and came first thing the following Monday to inspect it himself. It needed to be replaced, and he was able to start later that same week and complete the job by Friday. Efficient, clear, and honest, Zack tells you like it is, answers questions patiently, and makes you feel cared for as his customer.

andres and louis showed up right on time in the morning, which was great. after checking out the setup in our needham home, andres got started on swapping out the old air handler inside while louis worked on the heat pump outside. they communicated well and teamed up for the heavy lifting and more detailed parts of the hvac installation. the new ductwork they brought was made to fit our space exactly, which was impressive and made everything look neat. when they finished, they took away all the old equipment and made sure the area was spotless. after testing the new system, they explained how everything works and made sure we were comfortable with it. it's a relief to have a new heat pump running, especially with the weather heating up. overall, really happy with the whole process and how smoothly it all went.

I don’t usually write reviews, but i wanted to share how happy i am with the heater repair service i received. I came home to find my heater wasn’t working, which is a big problem here in Needham, especially with the cold Massachusetts weather.
