Reviews of local pros in Needham, Massachusetts

The schedule was super easy online in the website, we got text and email that confirmed the schedule time with the full price that we will pay.
The technician, Busha, arrived on time and was super professional, we clean the HVAC ductwork and the dryer vent.
We Highly recommend to use this company.

Don't take the job if you have no intention of doing the job. Scheduled a service for 10/17 at 11am. Confirmed on 10/16 that they were still coming. At 9am on the 17th I got a call from the technician that he needed to push the service to later in the day. We agreed on 1p. At 1:30p I called the tech back. He said someone else would be coming out and to contact the home office. I contacted the home office and was told there was a "family emergency" and they need to reschedule.

Somehow, they expected me to believe that the same person who was dealing with a family emergency also called me in the morning and asked to reschedule. I've heard nothing back from them since I challenged this.

I'm in Western MA and tend to believe the tech just didn't want to drive out here. Engage with caution.

Shan did a great job in my house, cleaning the dryer vent machine!
He spent a lot of time explaining me about the importance of not pushing the dryer close to the wall. He was kind and friendly with also with my German Shepard :)

Boston Air Duct Cleaning did a great job, it was easy to schedule a service appointment, and their technician was punctual and clearly explained everything he was doing. The technician laid down plastic sheeting to limit dust when cleaning the ducts, and it was impressive to see how much lint was removed from the dryer duct. Great job by Paris and Carlos to clean our vents the second time. The first time they came couple years ago we noticed remarkable benefits such as no bugs indoors during the spring season. Thank you very much. Keep up the great work.
