Had a need for emergency air duct cleaning on a Sunday. Was told they would come between 1:00-3:00. They didn't show. After trying to contact the technician, received a text about 3:30 saying maybe they could squeeze me in. After waiting for hours, I texted back, let me know if you are coming or not and the max I'll pay is $600. Never heard anything more. If they were put off, at least they should have told me they weren't coming.

Very highly recommend Boston Air Duct Cleaning! They serviced our dryer vent, pinpointing critical venting issues and making necessary repairs, and they cleaned our heating ductwork, which was in dire need of a thorough cleaning and inspection. I think most of us dislike waiting for service providers. The communication is excellent a frequent so that I know exactly when to expect the technician! He was pleasant, efficient, and polite. It helped that we remembered each other from a previous cleaning. I highly recommend this company!

We had our dryer vent cleaned and had a wonderful experience. Technician was knowledgeable, respectful, efficient, everything went smoothly and quickly. So important to do this once a year and Boston air duct cleaning is highly reputable and great company with fair pricing

Tom did an amazing job fixing our tankless heater issue. He walked us through his process and was more than willing to explain what he was doing to our very curious toddler. We have always had great experiences with Green Energy AC Heating & Plumbing Repair and Tom was another great addition to that!

Very happy with their service. Been a client for several years. Service provided was a check up as part of their annual service plan I have. Communication with them was spot on. Received email reminder and text notification of appointment and when tech would arrive.

Irvin our tech was great. Very polite and respectful of property (wore booties in the house). He did thorough job checking the boiler and provided us with his results (items to keep an eye on, things he noticed but overall all was good). They also ran a water check which was good to get.

Check up was over an hour but happy with the service and professionalism provided by GE and by Irvin.

I was very pleased with the routine maintenance service provided by Green Energy technician, James, last week. He arrived during the promised time window and was very cordial and professional. I had some questions about my heat pump/AC system that were beyond the scope of the scheduled maintenance visit. Nevertheless, after he completed the maintenance, and before he left, James researched my questions and answered them. In summary, the tech arrived on time, he was polite and knowledgeable, completed the work he came to do, and went above and beyond. I'm pleased with Green Energy, and James, and highly recommend them.

Great timely service! The Plummer before asked us to replace the whole set for big money. They just come and fixed the leaking pipe! Big saving! Excellent expertise. Highly recommended!

Amazing!!! I’d give 10 stars if I could. Irvin was incredibly thorough, and capable. He spent the time needed to do a great job on my long overdue 15 yr old units (3). Despite hiring other random service companies, they were FILTHY, showing signs of corrosion and neglect. He had a clear interest in making sure I understood where I had issues, while it wasn’t a surprise, he gave a great amount of detail to help me understand why I would’ve inevitably expect them to need repairs. He then went out of his way too, to help accommodate my busy schedule by proactively setting up my next appointment to get a quote on replacement units. I truly wish every service company I work with had an Irvin.

This company can add great hiring as well as excellent customer service to their credentials. Very worthy of a glowing review.

Hoping the next (probably pretty expensive) round goes as well!!

So here comes why I gave 1 star instead of 5.
The company doesn't have the cleaning vacuum for small registers, so the techs could only clean the main big ducts and basically all bedrooms and living rooms couldn't be cleaned, which is more than half of the house. That's why we agreed on a refund and guess what, I couldn't get it for more than a month.

When I expect a call from them, no one calls back. So what you do next is to give another call and check in right? The same thing happens, 'we will reach you out by the end of the day' and guess what, no one calls back. If you don't reach out to them again, then just simply you won't get any call backs at all.

In conclusion, I don't recommend this company to anyone. They sucked all my patience. Seriously, if you have free time and want to spend it generously over the phone, then this is the best company ever.

I have been working with them for a while. Good company and good team, willing to help and clarify any questions you may have.

Scheduled a hot water heater flush and they came out within a few days and got the job done. Steven Delacruz was professional and knowledgeable. He recommended some preventative maintenance without pressuring or trying to upsell. I am pleased with the overall experience and would encourage others to look into Green Energy Mechanical for their HVAC needs. Thanks again Steve.

Had entire hvac system replaced today including furnace, coil, and outside unit. Total job was completed in one day despite the high ambient heat and humidity. Not a single complaint from the technicians. System is currently dropping the temp inside my house at a rapid pace. Great job
