The company is responsive and provides timely and efficient service. I particularly liked dealing with Kevin on the install of my mini-splits. He planned the number and placement. I have been surprised by the maintenance cost of the units, but I believe this would be true of any company. Overall I’ve been pleased.

Very professional company
My technician Steven Delacuz was amazing! He went above and beyond figuring out the problem I was having with my air conditioner unit as it's the hottest week of the summer so far. He was able to get the parts ordered and be back in 2 days to get our unit up and running . He is very caring and professional and it's comforting to know we are working with a well qualified technician.

We've been using Green for the past few years for our heating and plumbing needs, and we have been impressed. They are service oriented, always keep appointments, and are knowledgeable and professional. Anthony just recently gave us excellent plumbing service, and the team on the phone is accessible and courteous.

Derek was wonderful as is all the staff at Green Energy. I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs!

If I’m correct Green Energy Mechanical has serviced our mini splits for eight years without any issue coming up, until recently when the oldest one needed attention. The tech, Xavier, has been to our home more than once and was here to do a deep cleaning of the unit. Everything went exceptionally well.
We are completely satisfied and highly recommend doing business with Green Energy.

Needham homeowner here and I called Green Energy after work for plumbing repair on a leaking kitchen line. Tom arived on time, explained options, fixed everything neatly and the price felt fair.

Very knowledgeable. Spent a lot pf time explaining the heat pump and auxiliary heat and how it works so we had the best settings

Byron evaluated my furnace and spent a lot of time explaining the basic of how it’s supposed to work, what had gone wrong with mine and gave me several options for repair.

The team here was super responsive, communicative and great to work ! While on site assessing they were providing live updates which I really appreciated. Would highly recommend using this group

Excellent knowledge and skills, great service! Green Energy Mechanical installed a heat pump and mini-splits in our home. It is an old house and finding the best paths to connect the units was not easy. The technicians worked tirelessly during a cold weather spell to make sure that the system was well installed and fully operational to our satisfaction.

Tech was friendly and called ahead. He unfortunately had to deal with me coming straight off of a household joint with norovirus but handled everything graciously. Very professional from initial phone call to initial visit. Thanks Mohammad

Recently had my HVAC unit replaced in my condo, Kevin and the entire team involved were excellent to work with. Everyone involved in the process was personable, professional and helpful. I really appreciated the efficiency from start to finish. Have/will recommend to the other units in the building. Overall very satisfied.

DO NOT USE!!! Update to owner response: LIAR! You did not fix the leak at the shutoff valve and were paid in full. How did you know it was safe if the gas was OFF... FRAUD! please see attached proof of receipt and picture of gas leak, (see the bubbles). STOP PAYING FOR YOUR FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS, ITS MISLEADING. THEY ARE ALL THE SAME, ALL THE REAL REVIEWS ARE NEGATIVE BECAUSE YOU ARE AWFUL COMPANY. You pay for 10 good reviews after you get 1 bad review. You can't even send people out on the same day, can't even shut off gas at the gas meter. When your part failed less than a month after installation, you failed to show up for 5 days when there was no heat and failed to honor your warranty. Also please respond to my lawyer! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
I had an awful experience with Green Energy AC. Their technician broke a gas shutoff valve during a simple repair, was unable to shut off the gas at the meter, and left the property with an active gas leak. The fire department had to shut down gas and electricity to the entire building. I was told the job was completed even though it wasn’t, and I had to hire another company to fix the damage. The gas valve they installed later failed and was installed incorrectly, and despite the work being under warranty, they ignored multiple no‑heat calls for days. I ended up paying additional contractors to correct their mistakes. Based on safety issues, poor workmanship, and lack of communication, I cannot recommend this company.

The technician that came by to look at our furnace was great! His explanation of the issue was super detailed and I never got the feeling that it was any sort of sales trap. As someone ignorant of HVAC stuff, I appreciated not having to doubt that so we can work towards a solution.

Mohamed showed up early, the appt process was very smooth. He did a nice job inspecting my weil McLean boiler and quoting several options for both my water and heating systems. I’ll review the quotes and make a decision shortly, but all in all a very professional process so far.
