I have been a Bigelow Oil customer for many years. They have been very dependable. They offer great customer service. Their service has been very reliable. I will continue to be their customer for many more years!

I can't speak about your services but I can speak at least about one of your drivers. Driving around today. I watched one of them block an entire lane of traffic from turning right because they were in the wrong lane and they proceeded to cut people off and drive through an intersection from a right turn only lane. They were in the van E7. It's one thing if you're impatient or have the wrong Lane or whatever, but it's another thing when you're in a company van.

Bigelow oil is the best in business! Friendly, reliable, and always putting the customer first. Nick and team have spoiled me often with same-day oil delivery and never without a smile. Thanks Bigelow!

We have used Bigelow Oil & Energy for more than 40 years. Bigelow's service has always been prompt, efficient and high quality. They have always been there for us.

We have had the good fortune to have as an oil supplier, one of the best service oriented firms around. Bigelow Oil has been a provider to my mother for over twenty years and a provider to tenants and myself for almost as long a time.

Every time I call the office, I feel as though I am a friend more than a customer who Nick immediately recognizes and welcomes me as though I was at his door greeting me to come in. As many who read this review know that the first person you speak with when calling a business can make or break a business relationship. But this goes even further into the company. When I speak with the lovely woman, Julie, who deals with billing and sometimes scheduling and customer service - I am greeted as though she is speaking to someone she is happy to hear from. (Usually those who call "billing" do not call to say - how thrilled they are with the invoices they receive, and therefore it is unlikely she who deals with those who may be confused, concerned or need clarification. Julie is refreshing, a joy to deal with and is patient with questions that may have obvious answers - that I may have overlooked. Nick, Julie is what my Armenian grandmother used to call a "diamondt".
Then there is Scott, one of Bigelow's service techs who usually services our equipment. Scott is one of the few techs from the many companies we deal with who explains precisely what may require tweaking, why and how - and identifies the parts on the equipment requiring replacement. I appreciate the time and consideration he spends doing so, something I value a great deal. I tend to ask questions -"the whys and wherefores" - I want to know what I am buying and what in fact is the problem and how one will resolve it. Some tech's and customer service people "sort of" explain; some cooperate; and some make me work too hard to understand what's require and what took place.
I would like to offer something constructive. I am sorry. I have as yet found anything to say that may improve the delivery, process, demeanor, service and consideration of those at Bigelow Oil.
I appreciate the company and what they have delivered to me. They don't get on my "TO DO" list, which I appreciate above all.

I have been a Bigelow customer for over 30 years...the service and long standing commitment to my Family for our energy needs has been exemplary in every way...whether it has been regular deliveries, updating or installing energy efficient equipment and/or most importantly when I needed "emergency" services.

They have always "been there" when I needed them...and I have referred their professional services to many of my friends and family...and would do so again and again!!!

I have been using Bigelow oil for 16 years and am super happy with the customer service when I have a problem! They address my needs and are very quick to respond. We've been with Bigelow since 2013. They are always responsive and have great customer service. I've had other oil companies in the past, but switched to Bigelow and have been very happy.

We have been customers for about 14 years and the quality of the service is such that we are never tempted to switch to another service provider. Once a technician came out at midnight(!) when we returned from a holiday abroad to a freezing house. All part of the annual service contract. Everyone is always pleasant and helpful as well as very knowledgeable.

Bigelow has provided expert care for our heating system for 25 years. They provide reliable routine deliveries and have been rapidly responsive on the rare occasions when we needed immediate help.

Have used Bigeliw for 10 years and always had friendly, knowledgeable visits when needed.

Recently, I contacted them about noisy radiator pipes, they came out within 48 hours, and fixed the issue. Turned out to be too much air in the pipes.

I would highly recommend their services.

Bigelow Oli converted our costly electric heat to oil decades ago and has serviced our boiler ever since. They respond to problem calls promptly and technicians have all always been extremely pleasant, highly knowledgeable, and very efficient. We can’t recommend them highly enough..

That's over 40 years of keeping my tank full, my oil burner in tiptop shape and showing up quickly and at odd hours if something went wrong. Customer service couldn't be better. Why would I go anywhere else?!

We have had service with Bigelow Oil & Energy for many years now. A few times we've had trouble with our oil furnace and they have responded immediately with excellent service. Oil deliveries have been spot on..

When we had an overworked furnace which almost developed into a fire, due to lack of service with another oil company, we turned to Bigelow Oil Co. for help. We have had them deliver oil and service our heating/water systems ever since, almost 25 years now! They have always been receptive to a late night or weekend call when we’ve had to call for a problem. Depending on the issue, Tony, Scott or Nick have either helped trouble shoot over phone and/or have come out promptly. Always have been honest, they explain their findings and have always fixed the problem.
Would highly recommend Bigelow Oil.

Tony, the senior tech was knowledgeable, persistent and creative in fixing our 35 year old Amana furnace. The initial Bigelow tech, made an initial analysis and said, "Well, Tony will want to take a look at this". Sure enough, Tony came by a couple of days later and did some further analysis, but, of course the original part wasn't available BUT Tony found something that maybe he could fashion into a suitable replacement. He ordered it and after a few days, He came back with a small box and a BIGGER box. The smaller box had the replacement relay, don't know what the bigger box had (fortunately, because I'm sure it was much more expensive). Tony then spent couple of hours, trying to determine how to reroute the circuit logic for the furnace so it would complete the heating cycle. His persistence paid off in the end. Fortunately for me, since my wife LOVES the old furnace's performance and I was worried about my longevity if he couldn't. He also explained that the furnace was at the end of support life. So I'm going to hope that Tony is able to continue to provide his top notch service to us of making a silk purse out of a pig's ear. By the way, we have also used Bigelow for our AC needs and the techs who responded then were also as knowledgeable.

We have been customers of Bigelow for 40+ years. I highly recommend them. Their service has always been expectional; they rapidly respond to all service and deliver issue. We can count on them to help us immediately no matter what time of day or weather conditions. One exceptionally cold day last winter we needed service at 11 p.m. on a sunday night; they came immediately and resolved our issue. Their technicians are knowledgeable, skillful and personable. They are positive people to deal with, service is customer-focused. I wouldn't do business with anyone else! Thank you, Bigelow, for always being there for us!

Wonderful company I have been with them for years and will not consider changing to another. The customer service is fast efficient and courteous. The service department is skillful and gets to the root cause of issues to solve them rapidly and the service calls are reasonable considering other companies. They are wonderful at getting my equipment ready for the heating or cooling season so that my tenants are guaranteed a comfortable home temperature no matter the weather.

They're a great, reliable and professional business to work with. They've been so responsive and helpful when our heat has gone out! Also, they designed a work around to connect our Nest thermostats to work with our old boiler, which was great. We highly recommend Bigelow!
