I’ve used Bigelow Oil for the last 5+ years and they have always been extremely reliable and trustworthy. I recently called after hours / weekend for help with a leak in my furnace. They walked me through what was happening, and someone was here early the next morning to fix the problem. I know I get an honest assessment of any issue and top notch service whenever I call.

Bigelow has a team of outstanding service engineers -- I have a gas furnace, but they perform excellent work on this burner and my entire heating system. Fast, knowledgeable, and you can always get them in an emergence -- terrific company, terrific people!

I have to say of all the years and many different oil companies this one by far has been the BEST! They are so reasonable and when ever I need something they are there so quickly and do an exceptional job. I will never ever use another oil company but this one. Remarkable customer service and just wonderful people to deal with. Keep up the good work! I just want the world to know how much this company is appreciated. Team Bigelow!

Having known the family at Bigelow Oil for over 30 years I can honestly say they have never been anything but fantastic. They come right out in an emergency, the technicians are always knowledgeable on what they are servicing, they are polite, courteous of the working area, and they always clean up the work area. Price is always fair. Never any surprises.

I have used Bigelow oil for over 50 years with my Dad. At one point, they were servicing three multi-family properties. Their service has been outstanding. Their customer service has been even better. Bigelow works with me on everything and I would recommend them highly.

About 10 years ago, I switched to Bigelow Oil & Energy to deliver oil and maintain my burners and a/c units. I’ve never regretted my decision. Nick and his crew have had to respond to various heating issues over the years due to my old, complex system. Every technician who has come to the house, has been extremely friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly to me, has taken the time to explain in detail the issue and solution. It’s really reassuring knowing that my calls to the office will be answered by a warm and friendly voice, my concerns will be resolved promptly and the technicians will show up when they say they’re going to show up.

My parents have used Bigelow for oil service for there 2 family on OakSquare Ave. in Brighton for years. Whenever their oil is running low, they would call me to call Bigelow for a fill up. Without a doubt they have always provided great timely service. I’ve spoken to Nick a couple of times and he’s always been so pleasant and friendly to deal with. Nothing but good things to say about Bigelow in my book!

My first encounter with Bigelow Oil was when I was looking for a new propane /oil supplier. Even though Bigelow oil didn’t provide propane, Nick listened to my issue and made some suggestions. When I finally could hire a oil supplier (without propane) I called Nick back and we have been customers ever since. The technicians who come for the yearly service or to troubleshoot an issue have been great. I highly recommend Bigelow oil.

We have been a residential delivery customer of Bigelow and its predecessor for over 40 years. Service has always been excellent, and Bigelow has always been immediately available in emergency situations involving our heating system. Moreover, we used Bigelow to install a new state-of-the-art heating system a few years ago. I recommend them highly.

Bigelow provides customer service beyond comparison. Oil deliveries are always on time with the best prices around. We had immediate response to a service call and the technician was dispatched and at our home within an hour and repaired our boiler The office staff is professional, kind and courteous. We highly recommend them!!

Bigelow Oil has consistently given us excellent service whenever we require it. Never a problem responding to issues like Oil Tank replacement, furnace problems (fixed under their yearly warranty) or AC problems . Yes, there may be a few cheaper sources for oil, but the small amount saved does not give you the superior service and almost always requires a minimum amount delivery. We have never had a negative eperience with Bigelow Oil in the years we have been wit them. Oil, you can buy anywhere - but SERVICE is the key to a good oil company. Very very happy with them and could reccomend to anyone.

I have been using Bigelow Oil and Energy for the past three years. They have always been extremely courteous and helpful. When I was having trouble keeping up with my invoices... they worked with me.. to make sure I always had oil, in spite of a large unpaid balance. This was very thoughtful of them. I will always appreciate their understanding. They are punctual, always keep my tank full and always ready to speak and discuss any concerns or answer any questions. Just want to give a shout out to the Bigelow Energy crew. From the office to the field staff they are all top notch! Bigelow has handled all of our heating and cooling for over 17 years. We have never had any issues resulting in emergency service and I give credit to their preventive maintenance that identifies any issues before they become a problem. As a busy family, it is nice to know our climate control systems are in good hands!

We have been very satisfied with the services provided by Bigelow Oil & Energy these many years. We usually pay for our heating oil at the beginning of the heating season. Bigelow delivers that oil as it is needed reliably and cheerfully. The fact that I can pick up the phone at any time if I have a concern and speak directly to the owner, Nick is very reassuring and always gets results. We highly recommend Bigelow Oil & Energy.

I am disappointed with my experience with Bigelow. I called for assistance with my second zone, which was not cooling and specifically requested a refrigerant check. The technician who arrived seemed unable to resupply refrigerant and instead billed me for 'labor' on both my systems, which was not my request. Additionally, despite my wife's explicit onsite instruction to not replace the air filters, (we do this ourselves) the technician charged us for replacing the air filters yet I found one of them empty when I got home.

My recommendation is to confirm all requested actions directly with the technician who arrives at your home, as communication from dispatch seems poorly managed. I have since moved to another company with which I feel much more comfortable.

We have found everyone, from office staff to their technicians, to be professional and expert at what they do. I have used Bigelow Oil for home heating oil for over a decade and have found their prices to be very fair and competitive, but it is their service department that really makes them better than the rest! Fast, responsive, personable service technicians that have performed everything from routine service on my burner to installation, troubleshooting and repair of central air systems in two homes that we've moved into. We have been Bigelow customers for more than 40 years, and they have provided EXCELLENT service. Oil deliveries are on time, repairs major (leaking oil tank!) and minor taken care of promptly, appointments kept. Bigelow replaced that oil tank, later updated the burner, and do annual tune-ups. Both office and service personnel are courteous and friendly; I feel like they remember me and my house and my heating system when I contact them. They also pitched in for a neighbor (not then a customer) when his oil supplier was not responding and the tank was empty. I highly recommend Bigelow Oil and Energy as both oil supplier and heating service provider.
