I was very happy hiring, Boston Air Duct Cleaning. They arrived right at the start of a 1 hour window. Karon was very friendly, and excellent at his craft and made a concerted effort to do everything well. I thought that price was reasonable and would use them again.

Prompt and excellent service for a challenging job. The dryer duct is only accessible from the back of the unit, not via an exterior vent. But it's is in a *very* cramped location, on top of the washer (both full size). Somehow Sean and his colleague were able to move the heavy machines enough to do their work, not rushing and taking care not to damage anything. The duct hadn't been cleaned in 7 years because of the access problem, so I'm grateful they did this work ... methodically and professionally.

I have used Boston Air Duct Cleaning for years and they are consistently great. I recently had dryer vents and air ducts cleaned and they did a great job. They are always fast and responsive and very clear on the costs and what is being done. Thank you!

Very efficient communication, very clear on the charge, and a very friendly and courteous tech. He cleaned from the outside vent in, and tore the top of the vent tubing. As their terms do not include repairing any damage, I had to climb onto the dryer with duck tape to fix it. Also, the lint filter was absolutely jam packed with old lint after the first load so I assume that meant lint was left in the tubing by the bottom. At a total of $210 for 10 minutes of their time and 20 minutes of mine, I'm not sure I will use them again.

This is a great company. Honest, reliable, professional and friendly. This is the second time I’ve hired them. The first time it was only to do the dryer and a different company hired by my husband did the vents. This time they did everything. We are much happier with the work Boston Air Duct Cleaning did and will continue with only them in the future.

We needed help completing a dryer vent project and Sharon came within 20 minutes to help us. He had tons of patience and got the job done within 20 minutes. We are so grateful!! Would highly recommend!

These guys did a wonderful job. Our family has a 3 family rental property in Everett and they got us on their schedule within 2 weeks. They cleaned all of the vents, the 3 heating units and were extremely thorough and professional throughout the process. Their prices were extremely reasonable and they provided plenty of notice prior to their arrival today. I called around trying to get this scheduled and these guys crushed it with my goals met. We will be using them in the future for any duct cleaning projects moving forward. I know it says $1,000 plus but I want you to keep in mind that we had over 27 vents cleaned and 3 heating units cleaned in a triple decker house. Since we did the entire house, they cut us a deal closer to $1,500 while their completion was closer to $2,000. Also, their competition was booked out 2-3 months while they were able to do it in 2 weeks.

Also, they accepted credit card which was awesome since we live out of state.
