The text message communication does not line up to when the tech arrived. I received a text message within a few minutes of the predetermined time but then waited an hour and 15 mins for him to arrive. Overall the service was satisfactory.

Our 26-year-old A/C unit was only blowing air, and two companies immediately pushed full replacements—both costly and high-pressure, with no real attempt to diagnose or repair. One even refused to leave and insisted no one would repair it. Then we found Green Flow. Andrey and his team were honest, professional, and focused on saving us money. They found the leak, custom-fit a copper pipe, made the repair, and recharged the system—all within two hours and at a fair price. So grateful we found them!

My furnace stopped blowing out heat on a Saturday night during the winter and these guys came over in an hour! Andrey identified that a part had broken (high limit switch) that needed to be ordered. Fortunately for us, he was able to find a workaround solution that would still let my furnace work over the weekend. He came back a few days later after ordering the part and fixed everything. I was highly impressed by his professionalism, speed, and knowledge. Would definitely recommend them!

I hired Green Flow for their quick availability. Don't buy if they say the plumber is in your area or the plumber is on his way. The plumber was a no show for the first day and late 2 hrs next day. The plumber opened the boiler door and found that the heat exchanger and exhaust pipe needed cleaning.

Since the plumber (likely a subcontractor) had his truck in shop, he was gone for 2 hours ( 2pm-4pm) to purchase a brush and assembled a new shop vac upon arrival. He worked less than 2 hours (4:15 to 5:50pm) yet the bill from the office was $620 with no itemization. I am not happy with the overcharge with no estimate or hourly charge informed ahead when the diagnosis and the scope of the work was determined already.

Mostly improtantly, the plumber did not contain the area while inappropritely using the shop vac instead of soot snoot vaccum and thereby contaminated air to the point of thick smoke with the health hazardous calcinogen in the entire finished basement and stairwell to the first floor.

My husband moped the floor a dozen time for 3.5 hours from 6 to 930PM with no supper starting right after the plumber left. When he came upstairs to take a shower he looked like a coal minor from a coal mine except that he did not have any protective gear beside a thin mask. He breathed in soot dust for 5.5 hours.

Please never let your plumber use a shop vac to clean the oil furnace. Fine dust of sticky soot known to cause lung cancer contaminated air and everything in the entire finished basement with a bed, sofa, deck, bookshelves, storage shelves, foods, supplies, dressers, sport equipment and laundry. We may have to spend several months cleaning all objects in our finished basement with 10 gallons of 70% ethanol which turned out to be the only agent that works.

Green Flow was sloppy from appointment to final bill. Most serious problem was spreading the lung carcinogen into the air and objects of the whole finished basement. I suspect that they hired a subcontractor to do the job.

Hire Green Flow if you don't mind that they may send you a subcontractor days and hours later and if you don't care of your pocket and your lungs. Your boiler may get the service at some point by likely a subcontractor, but your family's lungs would be irreversibly contaminated heavily with concentrated amount of carcinogen.

HVAC technician was punctual, followed up well, completed quick repairs, ensured the issue was resolved, and provided helpful recommendations.

Fantastic timely service and maintenance from Green flow. They came in and assessed our problem, then within 48 hours had resolved our issue. Amazing, professional service who will we will continue to use for maintenance. I do want to thank our technician, who was on time and his communication about time was excellent. Very rare these days.
