I honestly can't believe my experience with Green Flow. I submitted a request for help through Thumbtack and Hannah called me literally a minute later to schedule an appointment. Thirty minutes after that, Andree was at my place doing A/C repair and furnace service. One hour after that, the work was done and I was invoiced. I feel fortunate to have found a prompt and competent HVAC servicer and I look forward to working with them on future HVAC issues.

My air conditioning died on one of the hottest days. I found green solutions online call them and within a few hours they were out to my house to figure out the problem. They came back the next day at 7 AM to fix it. All was good then about two weeks later the air-conditioning stopped working again. they came out that night at around 7 PM And were at my house until 11 o’clock at night fixing the problem. I would highly recommend this company they were phenomenal. They acted fast. They came out as soon as I called where I called other companies and it was a two week wait Max was very professional And worked until he got the problem fixed.

Green Flow got our AC back up and running at our condo the same day! Andrey was on time, super efficient, and with the right part on hand. The price was fair enough. Would definitely recommend them!

Just had a service call because my tankless water heater stopped working with E110 code. Andrey located the root cause real quick and fixed the issue within half an hour, also gave reasonable recommendations for further maintenance.

Tankless water heater failed . I contacted Green Flow and Aundrey was dispatched. He arrived on time diagnose the issue and called the manufacturer eventually they agreed to replace the unit. Within a few days a new unit was installed and hot water was restored. Service was fast , reliable, and priced right .

Andrew is professional and on time on the schedule. I got the same day appointment scheduled, you do not know how hard it is to live in summer Boston without AC working properly. He identified issue very quick and got it fixed like in 10 mins. Gave me some advice to clean the dust of the fan by myself. Also help me to keep balance of the air flow between different rooms. My bedroom is usually hotter than the others, by following his advice. The temperature is much more balanced than before. Thanks to him, he is my hero.

Was able to get them to come immediately to fix our heaters since it stopped working and it was very cold outside. I needed a second opinion in the accurately diagnosed and resolved the issue within 15 minutes and restored heat. He provided clear diagnosis that made way more sense and recommend recommended next steps if there were any possible complications.. I love the fact that he didn’t try to sell me more projects.
