Having known and worked with Brendon and crew since 2012, always pleased with quality craftsmanship. Especially since many of my projects are considered custom and my direction is detailed. Brendon listens to and lists all requests providing expert feedback on what can be done easily and importantly identifying the challenges for accomplishing the more "custom" requests, which has always been accomplished. Brendon is always considerate of budgets and provides general and specific guidance prior to initiating projects. He pulls in various experts to assemble quotes for larger projects and provides perspective on what Brendon would do, which I trust whole heartedly. After completing our custom reinforced privacy spa deck 7 years ago, to our most recent basement remediation and renovation, will choose Ruhan first every time. We hired Brendon and his team to build a new primary bedroom in our home. This included tearing down a wall (room was originally two smaller rooms), building a new closet, adding new carpet, painting.

Brendon and his team were truly amazing to work with. In a world with so many horror stories regarding Contractors, these guys were great. The project was done efficiently and with outstanding quality. Brendon was incredibly communicative throughout the entire process regarding each step, and very fast to respond to any questions or requests. He hired and coordinated all of the specialists, ordered all of the materials we requested, and took care of all permits and inspections. It was honestly such a smooth process.

If I could give them 100 ⭐️ I would. Ruhan completely transformed my house into something I am so proud of. My house was super outdated, didn’t have any kind of flow and just needed a big glow up. They were extremely well at communicating, got us a quote quickly and got to work. They knocked some walls down, new wood floors, sanded and stained, completely new kitchen, cabinets, counters, appliances, new paint, evening out the ceilings, light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing, doors & trim. Where the walls were they put new wood floor down, it was so flawless you would never know there were walls there before. Every single person that worked on our house was an expert at their craft and they were also very nice and respectful. I would recommend Ruhan to anyone who has a house project.

Brendon and his team are amazing. I had previously had a small project done by Ruhan General Contracting to replace an old. bulkhead basement door. After being extremely impressed with th quality and quickness of work I decided to work with Brendan again on a larger project to remove an existing mudroom and add a new sunroom with rear exit onto my house.

Everything, from connecting me to an architect, to supporting the special permitting/variance process with the town, updating plans, waiting for approvals, pausing the start date, finally getting started and then full completion of the work, Brendon was there for me.

And the quality of work and quickness is unparalleled. The crew he employs did my entire project in less than 45 working days! That includes demo, site prep, all subcontractors, inspections, everything. And the continued cleanliness at the job site each day, as well as the skill and friendliness of the crew. I just cannot say enough.
