We hired Spring Home Improvements to help us renovate our kitchen. Tiago and his company exceeded all of our expectations: they finished on time, kept within our budget, paid attention to details, and offered expert advice. We love how our kitchen turned out and will definitely use Spring Home Improvements on our next renovation.

We hired Spring Home Improvement to be the General Contractor to renovate our kitchen, dining and laundry room - which then also turned into getting our whole house painted and floors redone :) The design was done by Design Intention in Framingham (Jasmin Lee). Tiago and his team were excellent to work with. The project finished in the expected time and we had no issues communicating with Tiago or getting timely responses. He was as invested in our project as we were, paying attention to detail. We worked closely together and he helped explain the steps in the project right from permitting to the sequence of plumbing, electrical, flooring, etc, etc. If there was any issue or miscommunication, we were able to talk to him and figure things out. Check out the pre-construction video. We would be happy to use them again for other projects in our home and highly recommend them.

We love Tiago and his crew and have done multiple projects with them over the last two years. We started with a bathroom reno and have since had both entryways/doors redone and our exterior painted. Our home went from lackluster to the nicest on the block! We are just waiting on a couple of minor repairs but other than that, Tiago and his team have been easy to communicate with and on schedule.

We recently hired Tiago and the Spring Home Improvement team to perform a complete renovation of our kitchen while also upgrading the electrical in our house to 200amps. SPI was highly recommended by our excellent kitchen design team at Pinnacle Kitchens in Walpole. SPI was not the cheapest quote we received but we went with them because the reno included a lot of moving parts (carpentry, electrical and plumbing) and we felt confident in the plan Tiago presented and liked the level of clarity and professionalism we experienced in our conversations. The kitchen was just completed and we are very very happy and as a daughter of a carpenter I really appreciated the skill and attention to detail SPI brought to the job. We have more projects planned for the future and would not hesitate to hire SPI again.

Meticulous about everything that they do! Originally we had a kitchen remodeled and this year we wanted to carry it through to the outside to enjoy more outdoor living space. Brendon was able to design the new patio, deck and retaining wall to almost triple out entertaining area.

I had water damage in my basement, which Brendon and his team finished for us two years ago. The room is my parents' bedroom, and they were out of there staring in July. Once I got the water issues resolved, Brendon and his team put the room back together in record time. The work is exemplary, and my parents should be back in this week. I would hire Ruhan General Contracting again in a heart beat.

This company was great to work with. We have had bad experiences with other contractors in the past, but Brendan was very professional and honest. They remodeled our kitchen, putting in new counter tops, cabinets, and a beautiful tile backsplash as well as new tiled floors. We will be contacting him again in the spring for them to do some work on our deck and backyard.

We hired Ruhan General Contracting to replace our outdoor front steps and walkway. The quality and craftsmanship of the work is exceptional, we are very pleased. We get so many compliments from our neighbors and friends. We also had some kitchen tile replaced and it came out beautiful. The workers were on time, friendly and paid close attention to detail. Estimates were given for all the work to be done and the overall cost was fair and reasonable. We highly recommend them.

I hired Ruhan to evaluate and correct some relatively severe water damage and rot around our sliding glass door and deck. His consultation was very thorough and professional, and well detailed in explaining not only how to remediate the problem, but why it occurred in the first place.

The repairs were done extremely well and quickly, with updates throughout as more extensive damage was revealed. The completed work was clean and effective, and will surely correct all the problems in the future. Pricing was fair and in scope for the quality of the work done.

Brendon and his team just finished a complicated back yard project that turned out great. We had 60 feet of backyard fill eroding down a steep slope with limiting property lines and a shed in the way. Brendon had good ideas that worked, and he and his team were straightforward, efficient, and easy to communicate with. We would recommend them without hesitation.

My wife and myself are very pleased with our new bathroom, mudroom and deck. Although it was a small addition to our bungalow, it makes living here more comfortable and relaxing for us. Ruhan Construction, it's employees, and subcontractors were all very professional and ready to help answer any questions we had. They showed up when scheduled, did the work on hand, and picked-up any rubbish at day's end. The quality of the work and attention to detail is consistently true throughout their work. We found Brendan to be very easy to work with from planning and design onward throughout the construction, to completion. Brendan and his team built our loft, they were professional, clean, wonderful communication through out the whole process. From meeting for the first time to the end of the project. Even with any set backs or changes to the plans due to the unknown, he was able to correct them fast and efficiently. Still having the same results as predicted. Ruhan GC renovated a second story deck for me. The original needed to be removed and a new, larger, deck was built in its place. The entire process was smooth and they were an absolute pleasure to work with. They paid attention to the fine details (the finish came out amazing), were meticulous with the demo and site work, and built me the sturdiest deck in the neighborhood. We just had Ruhan Contracting clear out a large section of our backyard that was completely covered with vines, bushes, leaves, and a lot of undergrowth. We had tried to manage it ourselves over the years and it became too much so we just let it go. Brendon was very responsive and reliable from the beginning, and he saw the project through to the end. Compared with another quote I had received his quote was reasonable and we felt comfortable going with Ruhan General Contracting for our needs. We plan to have him come out again next spring to finish the project with a covering of wood chips and would definitely reach out again for any future needs.
